Problem with withdrawal

Hello I have problem with withdrawal from lottomart I send private message to mark lottomart but no answer when I make deposit i mislead my name 1 letter missing so they asked me for bank card screenshot I lost this card so they asking for bank statement I send screenshot not accepted I closed my account pernamently and they still want veryfi me why? when I'm no more there they refuse my withdrawal when I.make a deposit no problem with wrong name when I want withdrawal now is problem
