My bad experience with Unibet

The last years I have played for about 8-10 000 at Unibet.

Now I am unemployed and ask the Liv Chat for first time for a small bonus, 10-20, in the casino.

But NO, they did not get me any bonus or free spins.

I think that is very bad service to a loyal player.

The only bonus I have got from Unibet was the welcome-bonus everybody got when they sign up.

After this I stick to Betsson. I did ask them too and they gave me 20 without no questions.

Have anyone got any free chips or free spins at Unibet casino?

I often get, freespins and no deposit bonus as well. I also deposit sometimes, but never more than 20 or so. I am satisfied with them so far. I am surprised you had a different experience. Did you have a cash-out already there? Maybe because of a bigger cash-out they don't give the no deposit offers. It happens elsewhere, too. Anyway I can understand you are disappointed.

I wanted to sign up there a few months ago, as its an accredited MG, until I read in their T&C's that only residents from the UK are elegible for promotions, if you live outside of the UK you cannot even take their SUB.
Didn't make me feel very welcome...
But there are many other MG casino's :)

Well, it makes a change!

It makes me wonder, because almost ALL Playtech casinos think UK residents are all bonus abusers or fraudsters, yet Unibet thinks everybody BUT us here in the UK are out to abuse their bonuses. Maybe they will get their bonuses "abused" by UK players, and have few other players to subsidise this because they have been made to feel unwelcome, so have gone elsewhere.
Perhaps us UK players should strike whilst the iron is hot, and get our bonuses before they decide that UK players should get bonus banned.

Maybe they are targeting the UK exclusively at the moment with their offers, BUT are not going to refuse players from elsewhere daft enough to play when they can NEVER have bonuses, because they have not found a better deal at the other MGS casinos that offer plenty of bonuses.

This type of thinig really gets up my goat.

Isnt this called investing for the casino's, Enzo and 3-dice are far the best for this area of comps etc, that man doesnt look a gifted horse in the mouth.

For example you make a few hundred dollar deposit and there team will surely throw you a bone of $20-$50 for something between $300-$500 deposit.

As you say you have deposited between 8-10 k Euro there last year. Surely as nice little $20 comp with a limit or something wouldnt hurt them to much.
They have now lost a plyer over something very minor.

Hi winnie77,

I'm Joachim, the Head of Casino at Unibet and if you PM me your Unibet-details I will have a look at why you have had a different experience than other customers.

I would say we're quite generous to our customers, and based on the information you supplied here it's very surprising to read your experience, so I'm definitely keen on helping out.

Regarding the UK comments made: We offer bonuses to all countries, some promotions are country specific, but the sign-up offer on both our NetEnt and MG casino are available to most European countries.

Best Regards,
Joachim

I went to your site after this thread was started, and DID indeed see a term stipulating the offer was ONLY for residents of the UK. I found NO SIGN WHATSOEVER of any MG casino, even by going through the link here on the accredited section, where it is your MG casino which is accredited.

I found the NetEnt casino, Sportsbook, Games, and Skill games. NO MG casino though, and not even any detailed terms and conditions for an MG casino.

I found NOTHING to overturn the rule that NO promotion was available to non-UK players.

The MG casino is actually at www.unibetcasino.com, it's a different set up than unibet.com. We wanted to create a casino-only site next to our existing offering at www.unibet.com and choose MG as our partner for that.

There are too many double negatives in your sentence, but I think you say that only UK is offered a bonus? :)
The bonus offer is definitely available to all countries in Europe, so judging from the confusion from vinylweatherman, we are not communicating this properly. I will need to address that obviously.

Best Regards,
Joachim

The problem is that the entry you have for the MG casino under "accredited casinos" goes to your main website, and NOT the site unibetcasino(dot)com. There is then no obvious means of linking from the main site, to the MG casino site, but the main site DOES contain information about the casino, but NOT a MGS one, a NetEnt one.

There is a box to mark if you want the bonus, and it displays the following.

100% deposit bonus until 100! Which means you can get upto 100 for FREE!

How does it work?

1. Complete the registration form below
2. Deposit money on your Unibet account
3. Transfer money to your casino account
4. On your first transfer to the casino the amount will be doubled in casino bonus money (with a maximum of 100)

Important:
- You have to be a new Unibet customer and at least 18 years old
- Only UK residents are entitled to this bonus. If you are a non UK resident you will not receive the bonus.
- Before you can withdraw the money to your bank account, you'll have to wager the bonus amount 50 times (in casino, excluding roulette, craps, black jack and baccarat).
- If you don't wager the amount 50 times before transfering the money from the casino to your unibet account, the bonus will be lost.
- Please contact Unibet's customer service if you want to know your bonus stage.
-This is a 100% bonus up to 100. E.g. in case you would transfer 15 you would receive an 15 in bonus money.

Here it is quite clear, NON UK residents may NOT have this CASINO bonus. For a NON UK resident coming to Unibet from the Casinomeister Accredited section, and wanting to see about bonuses, the trail ends here, and they go away (or in this case, post about the bonus being for UK residents only).

Having checked the site for the MG casino, it has nothing about excluded countries for the bonus, but neither does it have ANYTHING in the way of promotions for EXISTING players, something that many players look for when joining a new casino.

"Generous to our customers" ???

Hi Joachim!

I think many players including myself, know the standard answer you got if you complain about a casino: " the other customers have not this experience ". So I don`t care about that.

And what do you mean with " we`re quite generous to our customers" ? I have not got any bonus or another offers from Unibet than the welcomebonus and10 free spins in the NetEnt Casino, during this 2 years I have been customer at Unibet. And I don`t care about that either.

BUT, I care about a very bad service from Unibet to a good customer who is unemployed now, and just asked about a small bonus like 10-20.

As I told you, I have deposited 8 000-10 000 at Unibet, and had only cash-out about 2000 of this money. So Unibet have got 6 000-8 000 from me, and to me it seems then that Unibet have to be very greedy as long they not can give me a very, very tiny bonus like 10-20..

If the support really care, they should took a look at my account-history and seen how much I have deposited during my 2 years. Then they should ( normaly ) give me this tiny bonus I asked for, and just asked because I am unemployed now.

So sorry, Joachim, I will not send you a P.M., because I am definitive finished with Unibet.

In NetEnt Casino I stick to Betsson and in Microgaming-casinos I stick to the Jackpot Factory Group and Bellerock Entertainment.

My bad for bumping an old thread but its on par with the OP and others in the thread.

This casinos is the cheapest of cheap. Its actually quite disgusting.

2.5% charge on deposits. Yes deposits.

no reward level, comp points, bonuses, free spins. free chips.

Absolutely nothing.

And if you ask for anything they think you are some slum lord.

They do pay without providing id which is fricken nice. But wow what a terribly run casino in regards to rewards.

They will only pay without ID up to a certain amount not sure what that is but if you have a fat withdrawal they wont pay it without ID !

Or you could have continued in another thread that started just last week about them. https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/overall-good-first-experience-with-unibet.77062/

What was said 8 years ago, by members and reps that aren't here anymore isn't so valid. Rules get changed and people can get confused.

Meh this thread is fine. Its one of the first ones that come up in the search history.

I stated it was an old thread so there wont be confusion. And no need to go into Jasmines happy thread and bash around.

wrong. They won't pay me unless I send in i.d.

Same at GUTs, Betspin & Rizk...
Ridiculous :(

KK

This must be just for Debit / credit card deposits. Doing through skrill etc I have not been charged at rizk for deposits

But it is a vile practice for sure!! And would not deposit if I had to pay such a "tax"

Rizk charges £2.50 per withdraw, not even 1 withdraw free per day or week

I dont like this so limit my play there.

Many great casinos where they charge nothing to deposit and nothing to withdraw or at least 1 withdraw a day no charge!

And no cap on it. I went to deposit $1000 til I saw a $25 fee with that
