My Experience with PartyCasino about sure and no problem .. yes and no!!
Member since November 2007 and Deposit a lot (don't know exactly) but
average every day 70euro since 2007!!
Never had any problems with withdrawals... always very fast payouts
sometimes technical problems but not worth talking about !!
so on in may 2011 i was very frustrated with party casino and asked for account closing..
ok one minute later my account was closed!
naturally asking about reopening and they told me no problem. send a email with (reopen my account)
and after that it takes 2-3 hours until it is reopened .
Wanted a timeout of party casino and break to vent off my frustration.....
now until yesterday.. go to support chat and ask about can you reopen my account please!!
they told me yes no problem blah blah send a email to(games@partypoker.com) with that request
blah and your account is reopen in 2 > 4 hours !!
I will be get an email notification when it's done! coolio i think and 3hours later login to my email account and
found the notification about reopening..
all done ( curiously i saw in my spam folder another email from [responsiblegaming@partyaccount.com] )
but gave them no attention for the moment!
well done i think and try to login at my PartyCasino account and windows pop up
with message your account is closed for ever and no chance to reopen or register a new account ..
WTF and open the email in my spam folder from [responsiblegaming@partyaccount.com] with notification :
that's finally my account cannot be opened never again because I had a gambling problem!!
neither re-opening my account or register a new account no chance for me ... :machinegu
im absolutely sure never send an email to [responsiblegaming@partyaccount.com] about
gambling problems!!
absolut no idea why they do that!!!
