My Experience with PartyCasino about sure and no problem .. yes and no!!

Member since November 2007 and Deposit a lot (don't know exactly) but
average every day 70euro since 2007!!

Never had any problems with withdrawals... always very fast payouts
sometimes technical problems but not worth talking about !!

so on in may 2011 i was very frustrated with party casino and asked for account closing..
ok one minute later my account was closed!
naturally asking about reopening and they told me no problem. send a email with (reopen my account)
and after that it takes 2-3 hours until it is reopened .

Wanted a timeout of party casino and break to vent off my frustration.....:axeman2:

now until yesterday.. go to support chat and ask about can you reopen my account please!!
they told me yes no problem blah blah send a email to(games@partypoker.com) with that request
blah and your account is reopen in 2 > 4 hours !!

I will be get an email notification when it's done! coolio i think and 3hours later login to my email account and
found the notification about reopening..
all done ( curiously i saw in my spam folder another email from [responsiblegaming@partyaccount.com] )
but gave them no attention for the moment!

well done i think and try to login at my PartyCasino account and windows pop up
with message your account is closed for ever and no chance to reopen or register a new account ..

WTF and open the email in my spam folder from [responsiblegaming@partyaccount.com] with notification :

that's finally my account cannot be opened never again because I had a gambling problem!! :confused:

It really depends on what you have told them in the past.

If you previously mentioned that you had a gambling problem or exhibited behaviour that would lead them to believe that was the case, then IMO they are acting responsibly.

Calling them "a bunch of liars" won't do your cause any good.

Just move on and play elsewhere.

and was not the first time who i close my account for a short time period!!

If it's true that you didn't ask them to exclude you because of gambling problem issues then you should be able to get some assistance by contacting the Party representative here, Chris_m.

Be polite, explain your problem, ask what can be done. They're generally on-the-ball, your problem could be dealt with reasonably promptly (keep in mind it is the weekend and they might not see your PM until Monday).

Hi maxwall, i close my party acc for time, and i can open it. Bue never have any problem, now is closed and i can reopen it in december,. But with OMNI casino i had a problem, i close it some time and they said that i cant reopen it again.

I personally think not and that is why i dont play there anymore, to change from taking a few hours for a withdrawal to my Neteller account to up to 5 days if your (UN)lucky enough to win on a wednesday or thursday is BS imo. :icon_evil

So if you havent made a withdrawal in a long time and didnt know about the changes they made at the end of last year or early this year and they havnt reverted back to the old payment times since i last played there, then i say move on if fast payouts are what your looking for, not to mention customer service that actually helps you rather than give you the run around like you have just experienced :rolleyes:

And some times I have received within 4 hours to money bookers.
Withdrawals to my bank trough visa card, always hits account on latest 4th day, normal is 3rd day.
So that is fast! :cool:

My winnings are always approved instantly and paid in less than 2 hours to NETELLER.

I wonder if they changed back to the old time, but the terms still state the stupid 3 business days. I have not made a withdrawal since December when this happened so i wouldnt know but maybe they just lied to me when i asked if this was the new time for everybody or just certain people...you can read their response below.

I have been a member of party casino since starluck went down...so a long time now and before this happened, i was waiting no longer than 5 hours to get paid to Neteller but usually around 3... I would get the pending email and then at the same time i would get the approved one also and what tipped me off to the problem in the first place was i got the pending one and a whole day went by without the other email.

The reason for these cash outs to be withhold is simply because cash out requests from casino are processed within three business days from the date of the request. This is new rule that was set on the 5th of August 2010 with the upgrade of the software by that time.

For cash out requests submitted before 13:00 GMT, the day of the cash out request is counted as the first processing day. For any cash out requests submitted after 13:00 GMT , the three processing days will commence the on the subsequent business day.

I'd also like to remind you that it is clearly stated in our Terms of Use "Payments will be made as soon as reasonably possible (subject to up to three days internal processing time), although there may be delays due to any Security Review (see Section 16 below) undertaken by Us and save where We hold any such payments in accordance with these Agreements". I tested the waters with a small deposit and turned it over a few times then cashed out $1 more than my deposit and straight away i received the cashout pending email and the approved one also at the same time.... Money was in Neteller a few hours later.

So i really have no idea why i was told that last December, i was peeved to say the least because it was one of my favourite places to play at and i think even a few times on here i have sung their praises until this all happened.:(

I am happy at playing there again but just a little anxious if i withdraw especially if its towards the end of the week and they pull that 3 business day crap again.

Come to think of it, i made a withdrawal just the day before i made the one in December that started all this mess and it was paid in hours and i remember i kept asking why did you say the new rule started in August when i had actually made several withdrawals that went fast since then and including one just one day earlier...

No one is ever upset if they are paid faster than promised. Perhaps they are just erring on the side of caution. Depending on deposit methods (not just yours) sometimes casinos need to transfer funds to certain payment methods to pay players, and that may take a finance manager in office.

I've played Party Casino from time to time, never cashed out so I have no personal experience.
 
They sometimes pay quick. Ukash is the fastest, within an hour.

But they still stall payouts, the setup when they stall them is not public, but here is the info I know so far. I have made hundreds of deposits and withdrawals from them and I've been with them since they opened. Fully verified, been vip aswell.

Cashout more than once in a day = 100% stall on the rest of your cashouts.
Cashout with different method than last deposit = 50% chance of stall. I think you need a certain amounts of partypoints to not be stalled on cashout in this scenario.

Amount you cashout is not any problems. Cashouts of $10k+ have been paid to me instantly and $25 cashouts have been stalled for 3 days.
VIP or not doesnt matter.

They say it is to protect you from online fraud. That's the reason they stall it for 3 days.

If I cashout on party casino and want to play more that day I play at one of their other casinos instead, like gamebookers. That way I can have more than one cashout per day.

So basically, deposit with moneybookers, play, cashout moneybookers = big chance of getting paid within 3-5 hours. But never make any more deposit within 24-48h after this or you will have next cashout stalled to protect you from online fraud.

Oh and if you do get cashout stalled from them. Ask in live chat about the day you get paid and then use the self exclusion tool and set it to that day. That way you cant reverse. They dont flush withdrawals. I always self exclude me when this stalling occurs so they dont get any more action from me till I've been paid.

Oh man! I am not a happy bunny :mad:

Made deposit of £25 at party casino, and after half hour play I managed to win £150 on new 100 line slot they have.
I continued playing until deciding to play out £130, where I put them for withdrawal to my moneybookers account. (as I normal would do if winning)

I ended up returning £30 pound more. But stood my ground and left with £100 put for withdrawal and awaiting pending etc.

Now couple hours later I have receive this??? WTF????? Gotta be a joke, just been praising them in this thread and then this.

Your issue with the moneybookers cashout is a valid one.

However, don't blame the casino for YOUR decision to play your winnings back.....that is totally on you.

Also, what exactly did they "steal"? You had better come up with something better than "my money" because that would be nonsensical and might make you look somewhat foolish.
 
Casinos often prefer to pay back to Visa if you've deposited via Visa, it helps them save fees. Bet365, which I have the utmost respect for, won't give me a moneybookers's option if I'm cashing out from Visa.

It only took a couple of hours to get an email putting it back into your account. You could have made a Visa withdrawal, which I've usually found pretty quick when I've used it.

I think thieves is a little harsh to describe their behaviour.

Just about everywhere, T&Cs say something along the line of "While we attempt to accommodate your preferred withdrawal, we reserve the right to choose the payment method."

Guess I was just really frustrated, but yes my own fault.... :p

I should had stayed cold and waited for them to get back to me, or yes as you say Jasminebed send them back to visacard.

I was really lucky with my win, i made the wrong decisions anyway in the end.

We all learn until we do the same mistake again :D

This happened to me a couple of times, so now, every time they put my withdrawal on pending, I go to the "cool off" option and lock my account for four or five days until I get paid, so I avoid to reverse it and lose it. This is my little revenge for having it pending even that I have a very old account with them without any deposit problems.
