just a heads up this issue may already have been brought, up but playing multi player isis did you know that if you leave game or do not play for a few minutes and you have say x amount of mulipler you lose them when you go back, so if you have to visit banking and it takes a while or you lose connection you also lose your multipler,i know because i had 20x left game went back and it had gone to zero, sent casino e-mail asking why and the response is what you see here.

I played multi Isis last night for about 35 min with $150.00 I stopped my play at 19 x as I ran out of doh and sat and watched for 6-7 mins not playing before the free spins were awarded and I didn't lose anything. I still got paid my 19x . (the end result was crap!)It paid $22.00 back from $150. And I was the lowest better..The game I watched before and did not qualify for, paid megas.. Not happy!! :notworthy lol..
I still managed to get my balance back up over $230.00 from a few cents bal after Isis..Happy

i think from what casino said it is if you exit game for some reason,i looked at payout and it does not say you lose your x whatever if you exit game,which if you do it should state so for clarity.

Probably another bonus protection thing by MG.

Eg. They dont want you to take a big bonus. Play it up quick to get back on $0 balance and then deposit minimum amount to get the feature win without any further wagering needed....

Maybe the bonus round played out whilst you were offline and you came back to a fresh game, thus the x0..What does your playcheck say?

I play this game a lot and never lost the multiplier. I do notice that the balance is not updated after FS until you click spin again or leave the game. May be the FS played when you went banking?
