Hi all. Just some advice needed pls. To keep it short, coz I suspect they're right.
My wife has recently started having a few spins now and again. (Thought I'd never see the day), but about 6 weeks ago, she deposited £50 and received £100 bonus. She was so excited when she got a random jackpot spin and won 1 of the 3 bonuses which equalled approx £3000. She carried on spinning and I think the following day made a withdrawal request for £3000. 2/3 days after confirmation of the withdrawal she received an email saying she had breached rule No.??? and her winnings were confiscated and that her original deposit of £50 was in her account. No bonus, just £50. She played and lost it. She had wagered slightly more than the permitted max wagering under the bonus rules. I know EVERYBODY should ALWAYS read the T and C's like EVERYONE does. I then see that the bonus laws/rules have changed and was wondering if she has a leg to stand on if she was to challenge the decision. Only after winning the 3000 did she ever go above the maximum and this probably occurred maybe 20 times. NO money was won on ANY said spin. She honesty knew nothing of the conditions and feels, 'not too happy' with the casino involved and the decision to, as she puts it, 'rob her of her winnings. To me it seemed very abrupt and seemed rather rushed thru and then I.noticed many/all the casinos had changed their t's and c's probably because of a change in law. I'm willing to accept the decision if I'm told that there's nothing she/we can do but as I said, to me it seemed very harsh. Thanx for reading. (And good luck)
