because i had a few problems with my withdraw (well not problems but before i could make a withdraw i had to send in personal documents wich i found strange but later i found out that it was standard procedure wich i didn't know ) mr pat send me a pm offering to help me and he even gave me a few free spins. he sounded very friendly and helpfull. so i just want to say

What separates Pat from some of the other casino 'charmers' is that things dont turn ugly when you continue to speak ill of the casino. I have seen quite a few other casino reps berate posters whom they think dont understand the casinos' position. However, Pat has high EQ and takes every possible step to solve problems and explain the decisions the players. Though I dont necessarily agree he is often very generous with his offers even when the players are 99% wrong.

He surely deserves a 'pat on the back'.

Pat is a gem....don't know how else to say it. He is a big part of the reason that 32Red has won best casino six years running. Other operators should seriously study how Ed, Pat and 32Red do business.
