According to CM, Mr Green are grey zone as are WH and Redbet.
Yeah but All great casinos IMO, by far worse ones on accredited, Mr Green high RTP instant withdrawls ID checks within a few hours can not fault the place, Just this error but been sorted

Do they still charge for withdrawals? They did last I played there.
Yeah they do which Is annoying but makes up for it in high RTP and instant withdrawals think its

Up to 100 GBP withdrawal - 1 GBP fee
Over 100 GBP withdrawal - 1.5% fee
Maximum withdrawal fee is 10 GBP

MrGreen was one of my fav's before WH took over..can't be a coincedence that soon after that happened, i was 'restricted' from logging in because supposedly one of my Trustly depo's (which i played and lost) was missing on their end..they wanted me to redeposit the 10, then not play it and they would lift the restriction o.0

Had a bit of back and forth but wasn't going anywhere and just at that time they stopped participating here..
Now that they are back i tried the rep but basically didn't really feel they could help with said issue. I hope they stay on par, because just for fun tournaments, freebies and superfast withdrawals they were the best..

Kind of miss them but im not going to pay 10 i already lost out of sheer principle..even if it would be a 'cheap' fix...

Rant over/
Carry on :p

Simlar happened to me with £40 3 years ago on videoslots, But they paid me out twice on a withdrawal and I didn't even notice at the time, 4 MONTHS later they closed my account demanding them £40 back, At the time I didnt have it and was new to Videoslots signing up from Bandits link, Messaged him on twitter asking what to do and he said he will pay for it and he did and they reopened the account, I just think its so petty when its less than 0.00001% of there profits they have lose to chase it months later. In your case of £10 is ridiculous. They know over the months and years in time to come they will be more than up from our accounts

Hm weird..figured this sort of shit only happened to me so..good to see i'm not alone :D
That said, i did engage in an attempt to clear it up, as they just needed to give me the exact details of said missing depo, compare that to my bankaccount and then it should be solved quickly. Iirc i did tell them i had had a few of my own deposits go into limbo with Trustly, but that had nothing to do with them.

Trustly looked like a great option back when they launched, but for me it has only been headaches, so i just don't use it anymore -but they do still owe me money, unless that's now in some casino account i forgot, but i doubt it. And MrGreen really are very bad at communicating, or were just looking for an excuse to boot me, as this should have been easily solved.

Of course, if they could show me this missing deposit, i may have been able to fix it on my end, where i would contact Trustly perhaps, but it's a bloody mess, and as stated, it's a matter of principle so if it can't be solved then the hell with it!

I still miss their quick payouts and tourneys (those cash-races) as i really did well with them, and most of all they were obne of the last few Casinos that send a low roller like me plenty of freebies without restrictions.

I am fairly frsutrated by it but it's the old stuck between a rock and a hardplace :p
I don't have much, but could miss the 10, but i feel like i would admit to wrongdoing, and am 100%sure i payed for all my play.
Guess rant mode still on :D

Send me your paypal and Ill stick £10 in there for you to open it back up xx Call it an early xmas gift

Also I must admit I loved Trustly as well but now card withdrawals are instant there's no point using it

That's mighty nice of you mate but it won't do..i'd have to re-start the whole interaction and i can already predict it's gonna be a headache, besides i can't deposit with paypal and by the time i could have it withdrawn into my bank it will already be worthless due to inflation :D

Jokes aside, lovely gesture and hope you win some more, and bag that comp you were talking about above ^.^
Break their bank for my honour! Revenge!

The Mr Green site/app are quite buggy at times. e.g. sometimes after depositing, the app will log me out and say play is not allowed from my location. Can't log back in. Go to the website, and then it's 50/50 as to whether it will work. It always works later in the day, just clearly it needs code fixing.

Didn’t mind the site but the fact they charge for withdrawals is a no no: smaller operations don’t do so, so the fact a large place like that does kinda takes the piss

Well i would prefer no fees ofc, but i rather have that then for instance fees on deposit (like Unibet on Paysafe-cards f.e.) and it was quite a small fee, which doesnt hurt when you're cashing out :p

As said, it's about the whole package and back then i got the fastest WD's (instant or in a minute) great tournaments (fair for all) and loads of matchups and freebies..So, basically a great place for low-rollers.

I also know there at least were a few places that did impose fees on WD's, just not the first of the month! But ofc most players are lucky to have even one per, so will never find out :D

As i only play like 10% of what i used to these days, i haven't exactly kept up, but let's just say i'd love to pay a few withdrawal fees soon ^.^
