Mr.Bet big customer service problems

I have huge problems with Mr.Bet casino.


I play 29.3.2019 - won 670€


Request withdraw 29.3.2019


Support is asking documents 5.4.2019

- Please send a ID with selfie

- Please send a utility bill

• Please send a neteller screenhot

I send ID with both sides, i send a mobile phone utility bill, i make a selfie with ID (So a little bit extra also)


Then the show starts:


"You need a neteller screenshot" - this case take 2 days. I use Rapid transfer with visa so i dont even have neteller account. After 2 days the support says "sorry, it is our mistake... you dont need neteller"


Then the support is say that mobile phone bill is not a valid document.. i ask why: "well... it just dont". Then they ask me send a bill of taxes , bill of home insurance with STAMPS. We don't use any these documents here in finland. I have a electric bill, but because it is possible take 4 months period it was 2 weeks too old. I ask is it possible because i get a new bill after 1 month.


The support say that he can ask this.. i wait 3 days... and all documents are approved.


Then starts a new show.


I try make a withdraw, it is failed 3 times. There is no any error. I ask chat why this is failed.

Support only say "you just need to wait, it is completed and all documents are approved and you will get the money 1-3 days"

I personally check in history and it says "withdraw is FAILED!"


--> Support recommend i need to wait 3 days because there is no people helping about this. But there is no any problem, all are ok!


Then there is a notification that if you are withdrawing back to visa card, there must be a 1€ verification to visa card. Sure, it is ok.. i make a deposit 1€ to get my visa ok.


Starts a new problem: because i have a 1€ deposit, i can ONLY withdraw now 610€ (670€ winnings) because i make a 1€ deposit. I need wager 50€


Ok i leave that 50€ in account because i just want my money out. I make a completed withdraw 8.4.2019 and the site is saying normally that all documents are approved.. i think YES, finally! I will get my money back


Now things go funny. I got now email today 9.4.2019:


Hello Ville,

Thank you for sending us requested documents. Be advised to provide the utility bill not older than 3 months, and please send an additional document that can prove your identity, such as driver license or passport. Awaiting response from you and thank you for cooperation indeed.

Withdraw is completed and i LOOSE that 50€ because i didn't wager 1€ amount 2x = 2€. Because i make a withdraw now and i didn't make a wager, they will take 10% feed = 50€


So i make a 1€ deposit, and loose 50€ for playing NOTHING

I have had no problems at all with Mr.Bet, however the first withdrawal verification did take a few days. I actually like this casino a lot and the support staff always seems friendly and are quite helpful. I'm concerned with the amount of complaints I'm seeing lately though. I really hope it's just a blip and that they get everything sorted because it's very rare for a casino to offer so many different providers for Canadians to play.

Yes but be sure that you wager EVERYTHING.

I didint wager 2€ and there is a rule that they will take 10% in all balance with withdraw. So i didnt push 2€ once and they take 50€ for that.

And it was not bonus money, it was raw deposit what was missin 2€ wager

Yes it is. BUT they leave that amount in your account

Mr.bet takes that money to CASINO and also take a 10% fee your total balance because you dont wager that.

That you have WON something, and they take 10% of that... is stupid.

OP seems to be from Finland, would expect that it's only demanded from UK players and it's hell lot of more work when you need to verify players beforehand. Doesn't it also only need to be ID and Address verified? That can be done quite much electronically what many casinos do already.

Sounds nice and honest place..... This is under their bonus terms, probably they use the same rules to wagering your raw money deposit:

7.10.3. Wagering at Video Poker, roulette (any roulette) Black Jack (any Black Jack) or any other Table Game does not count in the wagering requirements.

Their terms in general look so messy that you have to have them on other screen all the time to see huge list of games and rules, wouldn't play there but really hope you get things sorted. IMO they should mention these kind of rules also elswhere than in bonus rules as you don't use bonus.... But as been reading your experience about this casino, wouldn't hold my breath that they don't refer to this in wagering requirement (bonus not mentioned in this sentence even it's under bonus terms).

Yes this same wagering rule is on the raw no-bonus money. And even the system is not working... i had 2200€ win in my account, the wagering say that i can withdraw 1800€ - i test it to play 200€ (video slots 4€ bet) more to get a more wager... after that the system say that i can withdraw 1600€ So i lost with this rule like 400€ because they also take a 10% fee if you don't wager your raw deposit.. and it is from TOTAL your balance, if you won like 5000€ they will take 10% of the 5000€ balance

You need to read the terms of the bonuses before yo uplay them. Their deposit bonuses come withn a 3x cap and NDB or instant bonuses are notorious for having a very limited win cap.
