Hi I would like to make a complaint regarding a online casino lucky 247. Basically I was sent a email to my email address on the 18/12/2017 so I signed up played for about 4 days and won 2800 GBP. When I came to cash out I was informed I was self excluded which I never knew I was if that was the case I wouldn’t have played and surely would not have been able to set up an account and deposit and play. This was all in my name and home address etc. So I’m writing to you because something needs to be done about there policy of allowing you to sign up if you are excluded and lose money with out any risk of paying any money out. My name is Jason sadler my user name on there account was Snakey888 I hope you can help you see my argument is if they let me sign up and deposit they must be willing to lose as well with out using self exclusion to protect them from paying out after all they sent me the invitation to sign up over a year later from my apparent self exclusion.

Best to keep any personal info off of an public board mate, no need to display that here.
Assuming you were genuinely self exclulded from their site (or sister site) they should be returning your deposit at the very least.
Sounds like you were not the first to be invited back after being self excluded.
Got some not very great (even askgrumblers gives them a 1/10) reviews laying around on the interweb including some worrying reviews at trust pilot where they apparantly refused to refund deposits after closing account(s) due to players signing up while previously under self exclusion.
Maybe you were self excluded at butlers bingo, dotty bingo?

Yeah thanks mate I had account still open with Dotty Bingo I think they just look for excuses not to pay out Broadway gaming Company I would never use again and would advise people not to use them too.

You can skip around the forum here, finding some salty pages regarding that group. Anyway im sure someone will be along with a better informed possible options, if any, that might be available for you.
Im sure i personally registered at butlersbingo once under a different name, not actually intending to play for real.
I get so many emails directed at me ever since, which only stopped a few months ago. which im 90% sure was because of them. Many emails completely none related to casinos, and the reason im confident i was bombarded with a shower of shite in the manner of all sorts of spam is because i used the first name arron, instead of adam. 5 years of "dear arron, we have some other useless crap you might be interested in"

Sorry to hear about the huge amount. :(

Hello Jason,

Unfortunately I do not bear good news for you. If you had self-excluded from one of their sister sites, then Broadway Gaming are obliged to keep you excluded from all casinos covered by the same licence (
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
Should they have sent you some marketing to entice you to sign-up, this would be deemed to be a mistake (a reprimand-able one!), but that mistake would not justify letting you play.

Ironically, Broadway Gaming would be in serious trouble with the UKGC if they had you complete a gaming transaction (deposit > win ore lose > withdraw) since they take player protection very seriously.

Win or lose, you are owed your deposit back.

Hi Jason,

Commiserations for your predicament with Lucky247 casino, they are abit dodgy to me anyway.

By the way pls remove your name and username from your current thread, just to stay safe.

Recently found that someone has been trying to hack my facebook and coral casino acc,, with success or not i do not know.I went to change my password quick lol!.
Kept getting emails to reset my password, which trigger a sense that someone is trying to access both accounts.

I have to slightly retract from what I said yesterday, since there have been court cases, adjudicated by the High Court of Justice, where although the casino failed to protect the player, the responsibility for playing was still the player's, and all his actions stand.

Jason, I sent you a message in private with more details...let's get your winnings back!

I am also having the same problem with Lucky247. As it turns out i had a previous account with Casino of dreams, so they closed my L247 account & are refusing to return my deposits(to the sum of £290). They claim as a used a different email address i 'circumvented' the registration process, even though my name, DOB, mobile no., home address & bank/debit card payment method where all the same. Can they do this? Has anyone else had a positive outcome?

Just come across this now as I was making random searches on broadway. I have had a similar problem with these guys. Self excluded with one of their casinos and then I was emailed asking me if I wanted to re open an account at another one if their casinos. Went on to lose deposits and they will not refund now. Did any if you guys get anywhere??

Got my deposits back after having been given the runaround for about 9 months from a seriously dodgy & in my opinion corrupt team of 'help'. Stay well clear of this lot, if the ukgc regulates casinos & allow Broadway to operate then they have a lot to answer for.
