hello
last month i became a member of monaco gold casino and deposited 40 and then i received a bonus of 40. i played till the bonus requirement was met which was 2000. At this point i had in my account 710.50. i then try to withdraw this money and they kept canceling my request. so instead they take 670.50 out of my account and leave me with no explanation.it has been two weeks since this has happened and no one has replied to any of my email's. please help me, any information will be much appreciated.

part of the awful JOYLAND group - on my little list:

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/playtech-the-nightmare-list.10836/

Monaco Gold has a current history of phoning up deals to players, with no email backup and no recourse when they refuse to honour winnings - which, obviously enough, is what happens in the event of a cashout.

Avoid this WHOLE GROUP.

FTR, El Nio, Playtech found its way to the UK stock market two days ago, so if you get nowhere with this there may be value in holding on to all your correspondence, T & C copies etc for potential future action against them.

I'm assuming you complied with all the terms.

He's PABd so will see how that goes.

As for phone conversations:
https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos/

Some things to keep in mind:

  • Don't play at sites licensed in Belize, Venezuela, Eastern Europe.
  • Don't play at sites with unknown or undisclosed software.
  • Don't play at sites that hide licensing information.
  • Don't play at sites that use the phrase "real gambler" or "bonus abuser" in the rules.
  • Don't play at sites that use the phrase "Legally licensed and fully insured".
  • Don't make agreements over the phone. Get them in writing.
  • Don't forget to keep copies of all chat sessions.

hiya, I'm 100% sure I complied with their terms and conditions. I've Email paytech regarding this matter and now I'm awaiting their reply. I've also PAB, so hopefully this issue will be resolved. Thanks for the information.

it is policy at monaco gold not to confirm things in emails.

for example a few years ago i had a problem cashing out (surprise surprise), anyway the problem turned out i hadn't sent in my ID, but the thing was that i wasnt sent the email requesting, only an email that sounded like my cashout had through no problem. (ive now know that this is a standard trick across all playtechs). anyway i asked the CS girl to send out the email again, to which she said they are not allowed to, after pressing her by pointing out that if it had been sent once, there was no harm sending again, to which she refused.

after a bit pressing with her, i managed to pin her down and she admitted that the email asking for ID was never sent in the first place.

so 2 things i learnt from this

1) the "we asked for ID email" is never ever sent out, so this trick is deliberate (come bryan, sign up for one of these and see this trick in action and then afterwards rogue the whole damm lot of playtech)

2) it is customer policy that any thing discussed with a customer is NEVER confirmed in an email, this is freely admitted by any member of CS (come on bryan, give them ring and ask them, then at least you can rogue the whole damm lot of the crown solutions playtechs at least)

The bad thing is not only that Playtech now the biggest IPO of this year so far in London, but Monaco Gold is owned by multi-hundred million dollar company (Empire Online), and they have a big book of tricks to play on players. They are not honest.

PLAYTECH/EMPIREONLINE TRICKS FOR SURE

READ MY OTHER POSTINGS ON THESE ENTITIES..YOU WON'T BELIEVE THE DISHONESTY OF THESE COMPANIES...
HOPEFULLY SOMEONE HAS AN ANSWER AND SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM..
iS PLAYTECH ANY WAY ASSOCIATED WITH EMPIRE ONLINE? SEEMS THEY PAY OUT THE MONEY WON ON EMPIRE'S CASINOS...

I have signed up to many Playtechs - both reputable ones (e.g. City Club) and the less savoury such as Monaco Gold.

Although it's true that they are slow to respond, CS is often clueless, etc, I have ultimately never had any major problem.

I have always received an email asking for documents - usually 24 hours after the initial "we got your withdrawal" email - and when I have sent them they have always been acknowledged within a few hours. I have always received my cashouts - some for several thousand pounds - after the stipulated 4 days (or 7 days for a big cashout)

So yeah, Playtech is certainly not as player friendly as Microgaming or the others, but I genuinely believe they will not rip you off. Frustrate you, perhaps..

(I should note that I have only ever phoned a playtech once - I generally avoid calling any casino for the reason Bryan stated. Always good to have things in writing)

Also, given that it is standard practice for (nearly) every Playtech to ask for documents, you should simply send these documents the moment you sign up. Saves time.

Tell sdaddy, out $30,000 at African Palace.

Tell Khrome, out $4,500 at Giant Vegas.

Tell Ebruduck, out $6000 at Swiss Casino.

Good "genuine belief".

*shrug* there are plenty of people who have been ripped of for large amounts of money at many casinos, including those run by Microgaming and other 'reputable' providers.

I've made thousands from them and they continue to pay me on time, every time. Just telling you my experiences.

Oh and I should point out that the only time I have ever not been asked for docs, when they were in fact required, is at MG - it happened just last week at Spin Palace.

I waited a week for my money, finally went on live chat and was told "You haven't sent the docs we asked for"; except they never asked for any. The girl apologised and said she'd resend the email right away - but didn't.

I sent the docs, and it took them two days to even acknowledge them, and I still don't have the money.

So it can, and does, happen anywhere. Being a Playtech doesn't mean it's a bad casino, and being a MG doesn't mean it's great (tho I do agree that I'd trust a random MG over a random PT)

No need for the dramatic imagery Caruso.

Ebruduck was paid in full.

As for sdaddy, this is from the casino:
After investigating this matter, I have found out that there has been an arrangement made between Neteller, the player and African Palace Casino. We have agreed on a settlement and the player is fully aware and has agreed to this. (sdaddy - if this is inaccurate, please contact me asap)

kreome's issue needs to be followed up on. The last I heard he was connected to other accounts, but I'd like to have more specifics

From what I've read in sdaddy's posts here and at the other site I think Playtech may be a little out of date on their knowledge regarding his tussle to get paid by African Palace/First Grand/Indio, Bryan.

My understanding is that after buggering him around for ages, AP were finally brought to a settlement by the intervention of Neteller. Unfortunately, it is claimed that after only a few payments AP apparently ceased paying, thus reneging on the arrangement and breaking the terms of the settlement.

Sdaddy then resorted to other methods to recover his cash (which is a substantial amount I am told) and then the allegedly *new look* First Grand appeared in the shape of a new customer relations person on the fora.

So, last I heard sdaddy was re-negotiating with this guy for a new settlement, the old one having been voided by AP's non-compliance with the terms.

But sdaddy will clarify the situation when he next visits, I'm sure.

That remark was from the casino - not Playtech.

But if sdaddy was jerked around and no agreeable resolution was made, please contact me and the new-and-improved aff manager here:

Thanks!

Regarding Giantvegas winnings

Bryan contacted me regarding Giantvegas and he says he is going to take care of it

When I spoke to them last time they told me the reason they don't pay is because I played Roulette and there was an email sent that Roulette is not allowed to play.

The email was sent but right after I deposited and start playing, I told them it is not right to do that. They never mentioned multiple accounts.

African Palace update

To respond to the inquiries in this thread, I am still working to conclude a satisfactory resolution to my dispute with African Palace/Indio. I hope that it won't be much longer, and I will post such when that occurs. I sent Bryan a private message which details where things stand at present.

Also, I think Jetset explained quite well what my position was going into these latest discussions with African Palace.

Thanks for everyone's interest and support.

Well its been over a month since Monaco gold casino have stolen my rightful winnings. It really annoys me that they think that they can get away with this. Their HQ is based in Antigua and I feel like going over there and demanding my money face to face. What are the chances of my face getting blown off with a shotgun? Anyway, I hope people see this thread and think twice about playing there. Thanks for all the help guys, I really appreciate it.
