    hi I brought up an issue regarding immortal romance tourney where I lost my features twice and had to work them back up,had plenty of response from 32 red and on the Friday the tourney finished got an e-mail from 32 red stating micro gaming had looked into the complaint and found nothing wrong,they also sent player logs for the the day in question,guess what they were just that showing my play nothing about features and that took them 1 week.replied back to 32 red telling them that was not the question I wanted answering,and if they looked on the casinomeister forum they would see that was the case as other players had the same problem.to-day Monday got another answer from 32 red that everyone in that tourney had the same issue and that they would be returning the buy ins.so keep your eyes open in your accounts.
