Miss Millions stops all the payment!!!

They said they stop all the payment to all players due to some some technical problems with their security-system. They don't know when they will restore the payments. Please keep away from this casino.

Any further word on this?

I've been holding off on depositing anything into them until I heard an update. In the past, I've never had a problem but I'm not willing to deposit only to be told I can't withdraw either.

I know one person at one of the other forums that was just paid. She was also told it would be 6 days or something as each account now had to be audited before they paid. Something along those lines. But she actually was paid the next day. <shrug> I have never triedto cashout but I did make a purchase myself just a few days ago.

I didn't get my money yet.

I withdrawed $1196 from Miss Millions on Jan, 7, 2005. They still hold my money and refuse to process the withdrawal. They refused to tell me when I can get my money and just told me to wait. It seems that I have to wait for ever. :(

I'm surprised that any casino would still contemplate using that really worn-out "audit" BS excuse for slow paying its players.

Take this as a warning flag, i.m.o. It could presage something nasty.

I got an email from Miss Millions

I got an email from Miss Millions. Hope I will my money back soon. Good luck Miss Millions.

Dear Player,

You know us as an online casino, which pays fast and you can trust in. The team from Miss Millions Online Casino Club wants to continue this way.

Now you may be asking yourself why you havent been paid yet. Or why we just approved a portion of your withdrawal request. The reasons are as follows:

In the last few weeks, we had to absorb some hard losses. We checked every winning and tried to find any problems by taking these winnings under fraud control. Meanwhile we also had to pay some players, the total of the amounts we had in our accounts.

We now know the reasons for these losses, so our investors will deposit more money in our accounts, and, as soon as the money is in, we will send your payments out to you.

We deeply regret that there have been any delay at all and are sorry that youve had to wait. Unfortunately, there are players that dont know what fair-play is, and therefore has caused you, the honest player and winner to have to wait for now.

We can assure you that were taking steps to prevent these problems from happening in the future. But as a fair and honest casino, we have to let you know about this delay.

Once again, we cannot stress enough how very sorry we are for any delays or inconvenience to our players. We want to thank you, our players, for your great appreciation and patience

Best Regards,

Ray

Here's another reason for being very cautious around this operation. If the comments on waiting for investor cash ring a bell (remember Kiss?) please hoot.

To be fair to them they came out and admitted problems by a circular email to clients. I for one aplaud them for this as it shows their honest intent and transparency, Kiss never came out and emailed any problem to all clients they just bullsh*ted when needed.

I get the feeling that Miss Millions will be one of the better RTGs in the long term - I say give them a fair crack of the whip, any new company can get into cashflow problems. Until there's somebody been refused payment altogether I think we should hold judgement.

Then again what the hell do I know ;)

Looks like Miss Millions will be laid to rest.

Ummm, I don't want to misunderstand here ... the problem of M.M. witholding payouts will be "laid to rest"?

Or the M.M. casino itself is going to that big roulette wheel in the sky?

They are closing:

It is with great regret and a heavy heart that we announce that Miss Millions Casino will be closing permanently on February 22, 2004.

If you currently have a balance with the casino, please either play out your balance or withdraw your balance before our closing date. Please note, if you have received a bonus, the wagering requirements are still in place for all bonuses as well as redeemed comp points.

I've had a pending withdrawal their for nearly a month now for $3,200 - anybody have any information on when they will be paying everyone by?

I got the same email, and it included this, as well:

All current pending withdrawal requests are being audited and reviewed. Players with unsettled payments will be contacted shortly with details on how their payouts will be processed.

Hopefully, you'll hear from them, like they say.

The demise of Miss Millions has been in Casinomeister News for several weeks now, but take a look at the above email from the casino to a player which was dated 20 January this year.

The management must have known at that stage that they were going under, and yet they were still trying to snow the player.

Tells you something about the management, doesn't it?

How can they do this? Of course, Miss Millions is "fully licensed in Costa Rica", but in a country with a decent legal system, if a company is wound up, it has to pay its creditors.

Regrettably, in the wild and wooly land of online gambling this is not uncommon - I've seen closure notices from RTG and Boss Media casinos that make the same "use it or lose it" threat.

I an worried about what is happening to my usd 669 withdrawal at MIss Millions. I made a withdrawal at 5/1/2005. Today i received an email from the casino stating:

Your current account status:

Your account balance: $0.00
Your withdrawable balance: $0.00
Your bonus balance: $0.00
Your total pending withdrawals: -$100.00

So where are the rest usd 569? I took a look at the account history from the casino's cashier and this is what i see: my withdrawal was declined then there was what they call Manager withdrawal of usd 669 and then Manager deposit of USD 100. Can anybody explain me what is going on here? No explanation from the casino yet.

I'd take a screenshot of that account history showing the original $669 withdrawal being declined so you have proof that's how much you should be getting.

You can always forward the question to Montana Disputes, too.

I have made a screenshot already. Thank you

I remember California Casino did it, too. It should be compared to Littlewoods Casino, when it moved from the Isle of Man in autumn 2003 if I remember correctly. All account balances were paid out to the players, because this was a condition of the operation closing down in the Isle of Man, even though the casino was only moving to a different licensing jurisdiction. This shows that a strict licensing regime is a real benefit to the players.

Seems that all casinos are picking on you from what I also saw at the other thread. While this casino,IMO,is unlikely to cough up I think the Odds On casinos will pay if you didnt break any of their rules or violated the Ts &Cs. Good luck, mate.

I've spoken to RTG over the phone about MM, and the best way to deal with this is the following: EVERYONE who has an account with Miss Millions, contact the casino and make your withdrawal. The casino should be able to handle this in a prompt fashion; there should be no cause for worry.

If the casino does not respond in a normal amount of time (please don't deluge them with emails - that's the quickest way to get them to NOT respond. Where's my money. where's my money. where's my money. delete delete delete.), then file a complaint via Montana and keep this thread updated.

Thanks!

Post Script - Dirk, you say you can't log in? What's up with that?

I can now login - must have been a short term problem (panicked slightly).

Emailed them straightaway to find out what is happening with my withdrawal but they still haven't replied. Am now starting to really worry.

QUOTE This shows that a strict licensing regime is a real benefit to the players.UNQUOTE

Very true. Unfortunately genuine and effective licensing regimes seem thin on the ground.

I can think of Alderney and Isle of Man (which has a new chairperson btw) and for foreign gamblers maybe the Australians. Then I start to struggle thinking of any others....

Just looking over RTG's not-very-helpful advice in light of complaints elsewhere from players who have found their MM account balances suddenly zero'd.

The advice is that everyone who has an account with Miss Millions should contact the casino and request withdrawal, presumably in the same email. This all sounds a little cockeyed, because the accounts are showing zero, but apparently RTG is confident that the casino should be able to handle this in a prompt fashion; there should be no cause for worry.

Exacerbating this strange way of dealing with things, is the advice that if the casino does not respond, then a complaint via Montana should be made - we all know that they are not the fastest when it comes to efficiency, and one can only hope that a flood of complaints will not throw them off the rails and take even longer to finalise.

If I have interpreted the above correctly, then this seems a pretty half-assed way to handle things, and it doesn't explain the zero balances players are finding when there should be funds in their MM accounts.

I think RTG needs to get involved here pronto and get a sensible system working to ensure players are properly looked after - preferably with the minimum of inconvenience.

Just in from RTG and Montana:

QUOTE

Statement from Montana Overseas:

Montana Overseas, the master licensor of RealTime Gaming would like to assure the gaming community that we are fully monitoring the closedown of Miss Millions Casino. As noted on the casino's website, the casino is closing and all customers have been properly informed of this closing via e-mail listed in their registered accounts. In that e-mail correspondence to Miss Millions customers, the casino has properly and thoroughly explained the actions the casino is taking as well as options the customer has before the closing date of February 22, 2005.

With regards to payments, unless a player is suspected of fraud, broke the terms and conditions of a bonus offering or has committed a chargeback, all players with legitimate deposits and winnings will be paid in full. Montana Overseas requests that you please contact the casino support center directly at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Just received an email from Player Securtity (www.playersecurity.com) who are dealing with all the pending cashouts apparently:

Greetings on behalf of the Miss Millions Casino administration.

As you might have read on our website, Miss Millions Casino will be closing permanently on February 22, 2005. Since the casino operation is not running anymore, Player Security (www.playersecurity.com), a privately held casino auditor and processor is taking care of all the steps required to process unsettled transactions that were left in the Miss Millions' systems. We are a professional assurance system and we will try to achieve the best possible solution for all players of Miss Millions Casino.

Please note that in order for us to be able to provide you with a quality service; we need to request some special documentation from you. These documents will help us verify the account data that we have been given, and in that way we could initiate a payment procedure on your behalf.

To initiate such a procedure, we just need you to send us a fax form,
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
, with your information and also include a copy of the front and back of your credit card, if you have deposited by credit or debit card, or the copy of an utility bill if you are using any deposit method instead of credit card.

Also remember to include a copy of the front and back of your drivers license or some government issued ID with a visible picture and signature.

We believe a mutual trust relationship will help you and us reach a positive agreement in the least amount of time possible.

It is very important that you fill the form as complete as possible and at the end, sign it by hand so all the security procedures remain complete. Feel free to fax the information to 1-800-551-6087, or email it to [email protected].

Rather dissapointing that they're asking for a faxback form and ID again although I already sent it and had it approved months ago - but still at least it looks like something is happening.
