HazCasino / Moonshine Partners – €12,000 Contracted Payment Not Paid and Pontus Unresponsive

I’m posting this to warn other affiliates and content partners about a serious non-payment issue involving HazCasino (operated by Versus Odds B.V.) and their representative Pontus from Moonshine Partners

I had an exclusive one-month content and promotional deal for a fixed €12,000. I delivered everything agreed on my side in full. The payment date was November 8.

Pontus repeatedly told me the payment had been sent. I have written messages from him confirming that. He never provided a receipt, proof of transfer, SWIFT, or anything at all. The payment never arrived.

As soon as the deadline hit and I began asking for confirmation, updates, or basic information, communication collapsed. Pontus went completely silent on November 30 and hasn’t replied since. It is now December 8. I haven’t been paid anything since October 15.

I escalated the situation to HazCasino’s COO, Inna Rimara. She acknowledged the issue and said their payments run between the 7th and 15th. But again, no proof of payment, nothing processed, and no communication since acknowledging the debt.

I have now filed formal complaints with Curaçao Gaming Authority and with Versus Odds B.V. directly, providing screenshots, the agreement details, and all evidence of missed deadlines and contradictory payment claims.

I’m making this post so other affiliates are aware of what’s happening behind the scenes. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend caution working with HazCasino, Moonshine Partners, or Pontus as a representative. My advice is simple: if they approach you with a deal, be careful. Get everything upfront because once the work is done, communication stops.

If anyone else has issues with HazCasino or Moonshine Partners, feel free to share here.

Trouble is, you promote these scammy casinos, what problems you think their winning players will experience when they want paying?

True, but a Curacao license doesn't necessarily mean a scammy casino. There are some perfectly good operators with Curacao licenses.

Recommendation to the OP. If you haven't done it already, then definitely worth raising this with Affiliate Guard Dog.

Welcome to Casinomeister even though under sad circumstances. I think with lesser known programs it is prudent for affiliates to receive at least a part payment up front.

When I used to be an affiliate, I always obtained payment up front or at least a percentage. But then I never streamed and never based any media deals on x number of FTD's.

I checked before I made that post. Nearly every HazCasino review reports scamming, or problems with getting paid if at all. The one 5* review I saw is a stooge who claimed to have been paid within 24 hours, which we all know is nearly impossible from these kind of casinos even when they do eventually pay somebody.

Sadly they will rip off anyone they owe money to, whether player or affiliate. :(

I hear you and honestly that’s the part that pisses me off the most. My deal wasn’t FTD based at all. It was a fixed rate contract over 6 months and they didn’t even make it through month one before everything fell apart. I did my part, delivered everything, and they still ran the same bullshit on me that players deal with.

I was a highroller player there myself while promoting. That was the first red flag. I experienced the slow responses and excuses before the affiliate side even collapsed. My own withdrawals were delayed and I had players reaching out unhappy as well.

So this wasn’t me pushing traffic and hoping for the best. I was playing there too and the problems showed up everywhere, players and affiliates. That’s why I’m posting all this now. I don’t want anyone else being lied to like that.

Yeah it really is the wild west. And just to make it clear my deal wasn’t based on FTDs. It was a straight fixed contract over 6 months. I delivered everything and they bailed before month one was even finished.

I was also a highroller player with them at the same time so I saw the issues from both sides. The delays, the silence, the excuses, the lies. Even my own payouts were slow and my players were messaging me saying they weren’t happy. That was the moment I realised this wasn’t just an affiliate problem. It was the whole operation.

I just want others to know what happened so they don’t fall into the same trap.

Appreciate the welcome. And yeah I learned the hard way about upfront payments. The annoying part is my agreement wasn’t based on FTDs at all. It was a fixed rate contract over 6 months. I delivered everything for the first month and they disappeared immediately after. No answers, no proof of payment, nothing processed. They haven’t paid anything since October.

I was also playing there heavily as a highroller while promoting. That’s actually how I started noticing problems before the affiliate side went bad. My own withdrawals were slow and I had players coming to me unhappy too. So it wasn’t just a business issue. It was affecting everyone.

Hopefully this stops someone else from getting screwed like that.

People saying they eventually pay makes no difference when they lie to your face the whole time. They promised me fixed payment dates. They told me the transfer was sent. They provided zero proof. And then they vanished. My deal wasn’t FTD based either. It was a fixed contract for 6 months and they couldn’t even last a month before disappearing.

I also played there heavily as a highroller during the same period. That’s when I first noticed the problems. Slow payouts, no replies, unhappy players messaging me, including myself. So this is bigger than just affiliates. The players are feeling it too.

I’m calling all of this out so no one else gets stuck in the same situation.

@StreamerAnon if you do anymore of this work then the golden rule is to get your money up front.

Hearing that you were also a high roller at this place just makes this whole situation even worse.

Perhaps you have lost or been cheated out of 12k of commissions, but you have learned a life lesson. This industry is absolutely jam-packed with people waiting to take advantage of any poor sucker that didn't quite read the fine print or is too kind to realise they are getting played. Learn from it and don't let it happen again.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Well you have done the right thing bringing this up here and elsewhere ⬇️

I'm not here to defend Curacao licensed casinos, but not every casino company is out to rip off their players.

Several have more long term interests and prefer the more relaxed licensing regime that you get in this region. I have friends who work at some and they say that their bosses can't be bothered to deal with UKGC, AGCO, etc.

Tarring every casino that has a Curacao license with the same brush is just nonsense IMO.
