Just a heads up to all Webmasters.

Gala Partners (LadbrokesCoral) are shutting affiliate accounts without consultation. They claim to have sent an email out with regards to compliance on the 10th of September 2017. Thing is, we never received this email and no matter how many times we have requested PROOF from Neil Zeff and Elly Villier their affiliate managers, we are met with the same old rhetoric.

They claim the email was sent and there are no bounce backs so this automatically means that I have received such communication and that they have the right to shut my account, steal my players and also steal any commission due.

I have been in Communication with a pathetic affiliate Manager called Elly Villier who first initiated contact asking me to promote Ladbrokes (I naturally refused as they are a rogue program). My next communication with her was after i queried why my account was locked. She asked my if I signed a 'contract' with them and who I dealt with. I advised her that there was no such contract and nobody sent any communication to me.

I emailed Elly asking for her to SEND me the contract and she failed to reply for almost the entire week. After following up - she replied to me and said "Numerous emails have been sent to you in order to have your account compliant..." - What a total LIE. - I have ZERO emails, let alone Numerous.

The membership know me here - I will NOT LIE - If i didn't receive it, i didn't receive it. I could simply tell them I failed to act in time but why must I agree to their filthy thieving tactics? I have been amending my site as per ALL requests from programs too fall in line for the UKGC. Why would I ignore Gala?

My next stop was NEIL ZEFF - Who I had really trusted until recently.

I gave Neil the low down on what was happening. He advised me he was out of office and that he would check up for me. He got back to the office and promised to look at it. I sent him numerous requests and was always met with 'I'm looking into it'. He then went on sick leave and promised to look at at when he returned. He also told me to contact Elly - Which I did and never received a reply. Numerous messages were sent to him and after a month and a half Neil replied to me saying that he had investigated the issue.

Neil alleges the email was sent to me and his exact words were:

"I told you that emails are not sent 1 by 1 but in bulk from our system and your email was included and there have been no bouncebacks, so the email was sent... You are not compliant with us and therefore we cannot work with you"

So after requesting the 'contract on multiple occasions since September, numerous emails and requests for proof from Elly, Neil and their affiliate address, I was eventually met with silence. After pestering Neil for over a month and a half for some sort of resolution, I was also met with the speak to the hand attitude.

So now i sit here where they have not sent me ANYTHING in the form of proof, any contract or any opportunity to rectify something they messed up on. I was wondering if my title for this thread was justified and given their attitude and behavior - Absolutely. It can't be sugar coated, it is what it is.

Sadly there are no other ways for me to describe this outfit other than ROGUES, Thieves and LIARS. Kindly avoid promoting Gala or any brand associated with them as they see it in their interest to steal, lie and cheat their way to bigger profits. Be careful of Neil Zeff and Elly Viller - Apart from being totally incompetent in dealing with issues, they will do anything to keep accounts closed and make claims they cannot prove.

I have saved all Skype communication and emails as proof. I sincerely hope the Management at Gala have a wonderful Christmas with all the stolen money from affiliates.

Ladbrokes Partners / Score / What ever it is called now went rogue as soon as they moved their affiliate operation out to Tel Aviv. Gala Coral went the same way when Gala and Ladbrokes merged.

From a player perspective they are still ok though. But they won't talk to sites like CM.

I am pretty sure my Ladbrokes and Gala Affiliate accounts have been closed, but I haven't checked as I stopped promoting Ladbrokes when they moved their Aff Program to Tel Aviv. As for Gala and Coral, hardly ever pushed them.

The only way I would consider taking any of their programs on now would be for an up front paid tenancy agreement, based on site coverage only. No carrot and stick method here.

Looks like its the real wild wild west with theses programs - They can claim whatever they want and steal as much as they want. Its disgusting really.

Casinos that allow their affiliate programs to pull moves like this get fast tracked into the rogue section. Players should be advised that if a casino will treat its business partners unethically, how do you think they will treat their players?

It's a bullshit - chickenshit move. Ask any operator why affiliate programs do this and they will tell you the same thing: they want to be promoted and get more players.

Well what if an affiliate is unable to promote a casino due to illness, business limitations, or even death? That initial agreement should still stand, and predatory retroactive terms need to be abolished.

They are unethical and rogue.

My Gala account was closed too, I didn't get the email/contract from them, Coral or Ladbrokes.

I eventually got my Coral account opened back up, after sending 45 emails to various affiliate managers, and about 6 weeks. The other 2 I didn't bother with, each only has one or two low spending customers, so screw them. I do have a few on Coral though which is why I did a little work to get that running again.

I have tried and tried - They don't want to listen. I did not receive communication from them. They are desperate to steal anything they can. Dishonesty is their and their affiliate managers middle names.
