Resolved miksaxxx against Videoslots "RG"

I tryed to solve this with rep but it is waiting for long answer inside house.




I have never see a casino which put locked money back to account. It doesent work , those have just been locked until they get information what they want. ( Rizk , slotsmillion )

I dont mind to wait locked money if there is something problem. But putting it back to playable money i havent never see.

And that same bank account is the one which i have used to deposit and withdrawed many times to VS.


i allways lock my withdraws that i dont play them back. And videoslots offers locking.

Now my withdraw was returned and i played it back.. As a loyalty player i dont like this att all. I have withdrawed to same bank account many times and my account is fully verifyed.

locking options is offered becouse player can get out of temptation to play it back. Now videoslots failed it.


This is not i wanted att all. My favourite is VS and it still is. deposit 200€ today.

I have deposit limit and and i allways lock my withdraw.

So before you start to get angry to me , you should think that i use every rg tool ...

and for loyalty i mean that i have deposit life time 250k and net loss is 43k €..

Did you definitely lock it? That looks to me like you didn’t. Wouldn’t it show “locked” instead of pending?

If you did lock it, while it’s ultimately down to you if it was used and you KNEW it had come back. But on the flip side - you might have thought you’d had a big win come in and played recklessly not realising you were playing your withdrawal.

Locked should mean it never returns to your playable funds. And if it was locked, I’d suggest Videoslots should look into what happened and sort some goodwill gesture.
 
Happend to me multiple times at different casinoes; they blame it at a "technical" error when processing the withdrawal and they just put the money back to my account. No lock on the withdrawal, but anyway shady business some casinoes speculate hard in.

After the 2nd time it happend to me at highroller.com i closed my account there. €10k+ withdrawals both times.
 
Whilst these technical issues occur now and then, ultimately it is the player who loses the money and not the casino.

Set loss limit to 1 CREDIT or 'take a break' for 7 days - never failed me in 17 years of playing online.
