I tried installing Ladbrokes's MG and 32Red's MG gaming software
Both software have European Blackjack by default only.

Other games are listed as "Upgrade Unavailable". Cant seem to download any add on games.

Anyone knows how to resolve this ? Would prefer playing with software than flash games.

No problems with WilliamHill Casino 2004 Software.

I'm getting tired of doing MG's tech support for them. Try this:

Uninstall the software
clean out all cookies/download files through internet explorer. These are options under Tools -->Internet Options.

If you feel comfortable in regedit, you can delete all references to these casinos there as well.

Restart your computer

Redownload the software and try again. This solved my problems.

Tried.

Went "Internet Option" , delete cookies and temporary internet files. Went regedit and deleted all entries of 32red

Restart comp

Download and install 32Red software.

Still encounter "Upgrade Unavailable"

I've had just this problem for a year now. I've given up trying to resolve it and play flash only.

Its because you are running some type of firewall on your computer that is preventing the connection from the gaming servers to your computer. Try disabling your firewall and startup the casino again and see what happens.

Windows XP.

Got2Bet tried to help me out with this one a while back, to no avail. I think, short of getting an MG tech chap in to look at my machine (any out there?), I don't realistically expect to be using Viper any time soon.

caruso, go out and get you another computer, that what i did.

LOL, well that may work too, but its a bit of an overkill. Let me think on it a little more caruso and give you some more things to try. I've had this problem on mine before but was able to resolve it.

That is true. Sometimes, if Casino software upgrade new games, etc, then software need second connection in some cases. Example if you use Sygate firewall, you need to give permission to second connection. Also if you block once Casino connection(s) in firewall software, you have to give permission again to all connection what software need (Applications: Casino*: Access: Allow, in Sygate)

I have still Win98Se, but if you have XP, XP have own firewall, so check also XP firewall settings.

Oh yeah, I agree with that. Definitely backup often and have a spare handy for emergencies (gambling or otherwise ;) )
