Microgaming really PO'D me this time

I am so disappointed in you! I have played with you for over 2 years now. You cut us Us Players from your new games, BIG disappointment for me. But the clincher was the fact that I have a 10mg internet speed and have been trying all day to load you. On a normal day 15 minutes tops. You gave me the $50.00 XMas Gift.

I here all over the internet about how Microgaming is trying to FAZE the US out, but this is ridiculous they way that you are treating the US Payers. I cant even play your games.....Mad isn tthe word for it. Microgaming is biting their noses off to spite your faces. Because Barney Frank and the commitee extended our time but 6 months, and if your people were smart enough to take my money then you would be smart enouguh to figure out that the US gaming Bill will PASS.

I loaded it. uninstalled and still the same thing... even turned off my antivirus still the same thing. At first thought just me, but three of my other friends here in TX havings the same problem.
 
I do not have any problem downloading MG (7 Sultans), however, the software causes my computer to function terribly. Everything went back to normal after I uninstalled the casino.
 
Mecan, don't know what internet connection you use, but I'm in Texas also and have had all kinds of problems downloading RTG and MG casinos from their websites. Times out before I can get the casinos loaded, I think.

I use a Verizon/Alltell aircard. Maybe that's your problem?
 
I have charter 10mg but run out at 12 occasionaly. It was the worst. All day I tried to load. I tried 3 other MG casinos and the same thing. I sent an email to support and got no response at all. I have 2 other friends in dif parts of texa, one thats in dallas took 1 1/2 days to load.
It wasnt just that with me either. I've noticed games disappearing and we cant play any of the new games. I got to play the multi wheel one day and it was gone the next.
I've decided to stay away from MG and stick with my 3dice or inet.

I am in texas and what I have had to do is contact any micro casino I try to download or reinstall and tell them I am not a new palyer but have had an account for a long time
About 2 years ago micro stopped all new players from downloading any games at all,if you have uninstalled a casino and trying to download and install again it thinks you are a new player
Since you have only been with them about 2 years you may fall under the group of new players and can't download any micro casino
Now to top things off the casinos knew from the 1st of Dec that micro was not going to allow the USA players to play the new games but they lied and deceived every USA player they had by saying there were technical problems or they were checking the new games to make sure they are working correctly
When members started to really press them which was about 10 days latter they admitted that we could not play new games
I will not play at another microgaming casino again after this scam and I can downlaod them. All the casinos were trying to do was get as many deposits made as they could and had the games tightened about as tight as you can get them in that time frame
I hit on a game for over 100 free spins at 2.50 a spin and it paid me 28.00

Could be a backbone problem. But I'm sure your ISP has redundancy from peering, so I'm guessing it's a local router issue.

If you have your IP addy try doing a ping on that. Dropped packets will indicate an issue.

Remember unless you have a direct fibre cable from your place bangin into the back of the casino server, your going to experience latency issues, packet losses, and a whole gambit of issues. Remember you have to go through X number of hoops (servers) to get to your destination (the casino).

Hello, I too am disappointed so bad with Microgaming. :confused: I have played with casinos that have had the Microgaming software for over 10 years online. I kept seeing the new game listed on the front page of one of the casinos called Scrooge, however, it never showed up on my screen. I too kept asking where it was and was told that there were techincal issues with the new games. However, after 2 weeks of asking I was finally told last night that microgaming would not let USA player have new games. I asked them "Do we not deserve new games too?" My theory, either allow USA players to play all of the games...or none. Make up your mind Microgaming, don't straddle the fence here. What is the difference if we play an old one or a new one...we're still playing. Also, the bill will pass and USA will be welcomed again. However, if someone mistreats you, it is hard to warm up to them again...think about it Microgaming!
 
i hear a lot of problems people r having with mg casinos.. i play at one mg royal joker..i had a virus on my computer and had to start it fresh...i have not had any problems with them got error code 107 called support and helped me get back on..they have actually done this for me about 4 times and no problem...i have all the new games except the multi one...actually i recently had code 107 and when i got back into the casino i did not have the new games from december..but they r back on there as of today...

my computer does not move slow...it does not mess with the function of my computer at all..

maybe just the mg u play at..i keep seeing 7sultans at least 3 of u play there so maybe just the casino

Most USA players will not stop playing microgame casinos.
They will take it on the chin and continue to deposit knowing they were lied too.
I have uninstalled all microgamming casinos and will not play them anymore
The first time they blocked us I gave in and came back,the second time they pulled the scam for a deposit you get so many free spins I find that a
$50.00 would net you no more than 9.75. and again I came back
This time I am done the casinos flat lied and knew what was happening ,they were just trying to get the deposits .Not until I told them I would not deposit anymore did they fess up and tell the truth
You can play the new games with instant play but bet they are set so tight a USA player will not hit anything
I was told by the casinos they are working on a way to block instant play new games
It will be a long time before I play microgaming casinos again again if I ever do

If you are playing instant play then you can get the new games,if you are playing the download version and have them you are very fortunate
I had them downloaded onto my PC and the next day they were gone.
If you should play a new game and get lucky enough to hit big enough to cash out ,that may be were the rub will come in. It is a strong possibility that you will not be paid as you are playing an illegal game,as it is not allowed to be played by USA players
Remember it is not so much the casino that stops your winnings as it is microgamming decision too
I will say that microgamming may have changed their mind and decided to let the new games be downloaded for now.
Since I no longer have any of them I do not get mail either
The last word I received from several casinos was "Microgamming as of
Dec 1 had stopped USA players from downloading the new games and was working on stopping them from being played on instant play "
 
I contacted the casino. Their support said that it was my computer! Well not my computer it was their casino software. I downloaded all jackpots, had problems, All Slots is just generally changed period. Did Villento no problems! But still no new games.
The casino told me that people all over the world play different versions of MGS games, I dont know that for sure, gotta take them at their word:rolleyes:. I too downloaded MG had the new game and next day GONE! Support said that them leaving the US was Rumors and inuendos(msp):eek:. Yet they also told me that we US were palying on the older version of the casino:confused:.
I just will not play them again until they resolve their issues LOL. I was one of those that oneday was playing Intercasino and the next day account locked. So I am naturally leary.
 
Ever since the "13 banned states rule" was enacted (which is a load of crap IMO), and I was tossed out on my butt by MGS, I have never wanted to, nor did I have the desire to, go back to any casino with their software.

Nor will I ever, even if the US decides to come to their senses and allow us the freedom to gamble in our own homes under our own budgets without their greedy eyes looking in and saying "Well, since we can't have tax revenue from it, it's just banned"...

They pissed me (and about 2-3 million other players) off royally when they pulled the plug... The only one who would allow me to do anything inside their software was Intertops (until MGS, of course, butted in and stopped that too), and now that that is RTG (which I also rarely play due to, well, let's just say, a severely tightened waist), I don't want to go back. Period.

They have lost a customer for life. Even if the US legislation does pass, there is not one SUB, WBB, NDB, FCB* or any other bonus that will get me to come back.

Sorry if this is harsh, but screw you MGS** ! You screwed us, now it's time for all of us to band together and screw you out of our hard-earned money. There are plenty of other operators (legitimate, mind you) that are much more catering to our wants and needs. If you think that making a blanket decision to effectively drop the US market and force who is left to play the same old boring games day in and day out is a good business and moral decision, then you have another thing coming. Your suits who make your decisions need to be fired and kicked to the curb. You need to hire people who understand your market and will do what they can to cater to it.

Please understand, there is still no current law that expressly forbids internet gambling on the federal level. From current information, only ONE out of 50 states expressly mentions and forbids internet gambling. The more you sit on your tuchass and do nothing for your (former) main market, the less and less revenue you will see. Don't come to us and whine when your coffers are empty because people came to their senses and realized that exceedingly tight slots, little (if any) cashouts and old games are not the way to go.

My 2 cents.

** - As many MGS operators are trustworthy and reliable, this statement does not apply to the operators, only to the provider, MGS.

I had mentioned this in another thread, but it deserves a spot here, too. I know of at least one casino that has the new games available in their flash casino and it doesn't matter if you're in the US or not ;)
