Pokerstars completely baffled me

Hi there, I'm hoping someone can point me in the rite direction to getting this resolved as I'm completely baffled!

I logged onto Pokerstars to play some card games as they had a random casino bonus if you deposited $50 so thought why not, I have probably only deposited twice in my lifetime there as Im not a poker player but I have had my account for at least a couple of years I would guess, I clicked cashier and was met with a pop up warning that read " Due to a security issue on your account, some of your deposit options have been restricted. Your play, transfer and cashouts are unaffected "

I thought I don't like the sound of that so submitted a question through the help tab to ask what the hell that meant, especially as I know I probably havnt deposited for the last 6 months and that would of only been the second time ever and probably £20 or £30 max. Below is the email I recieved back

During a routine review your account was security flagged which restricted some of your deposit options. It has come to our attention that your account is associated to the following accounts: Hobson75

This association could have been the result of a shared playing location or deposit method.

In order to assist us in lifting the restriction, we kindly request an explanation of your association to these players (if any).


So I replied from my inbox with this

I have no idea who hobson75 is and have never ever shared my internet connection nor computer with anyone. Are you saying someone has deposited with my card/neteller to another account? I am also the only person with access to my computer in the family home so this is rather worrying

I then recieved a reply as below

Hello BabyJoker,

Thank you for contacting PokerStars.

The email address BLANK@googlemail.com is not registered to any PokerStars account.

If you can send the information from the email address registered on your PokerStars account, we will be able to assist you.

Now the thing is my gmail account is the one registered with them and also the one I replied directly from but it has put the address from as googlemail instead of gmail, they are basically one and the same and I have no control over this, I replied with that answer and have now been ignored for over 48hrs. I then tried to take a screenshot and attach it via there support form and it says invalid extension, only PNG and JPEG accepted, the screenshot I was trying to attach was a PNG so I converted it to JPEG and still it says unsupported format!!

I feel like Im being trolled! Its so infuriating and there does not seem to be a support phone number to actually speak to someone so as the title says I'm baffled!

Thanks for reading and any suggestions of what to do next would be highly appreciated

they have some very high ranking staff members that post on other forums, they are not reps but they might be able to help I will try and point you in the right direction in a bit
 
id post this on twoplustwo>internet poker section and see if someone can help you there. They have a couple of reps on that forum too that might be able to help figure it out

This is what I was referring to, make an account and post there. If a pokerstars staff member doesnt help I will try and find one for you
