Decided to have a right go at Playboy slot today and just wondering if i have broken a record here.
I had 63 double playboy scatters and yes you have guessed did not get 3 scatters once.
Now you might say why did you not move games?Well the actual game was paying ok so did not actually lose a fortune but in all my time i play the slot and i play it a lot i have never seen the likes.

I don`t know if this is a record. But last time I played this slot I lost 150 with .30 bets without any bonus round:eek:.

Yeah, hard to say is it a record but I doubt it as in many games the two scatters come in so often. Also I bet not many members keep track of things like how many two scatters drop in before the feature is triggered. I basically asked the same question last year but in terms of spins played which is easier to keep track of due to different kind of stats keeping track of spin amounts ( http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57474 ).

Anyways I feel your pain as it surely can be frustrating when the game keeps ¨teasing¨ you with dropping in two scatters loads of times without a trigger. My pet hate is the two scatters on two first reels tease especially when it happens on back to back spins (which unfortunately seems to be quite often).

I only counted them after i had another similar session at another casino but didnt play there as long as i did this afternoon.Probably had 25 plus without on the other one.
Would be interested to hear from other Playboy players who have played it today just to compare results.
It makes you wonder when are the slots random and when they are not.

I count double scatters od Dead or Alive.

I once counted 60 double scatters on DOA before 3 scatters appeared so you win with 63 double scatters on Playboy :D.

But since 3 scatters appear usually roughly every 150 spins on the average on most slots, it is an extremely rare event and therefore the variance can be huge. On any slot 1500 spins without a feature is nothing extremely unusual - and in that scenario you would get double scatters every 25 spins (60 double scatters x 25 spins = 1500 total spins) on the average which by my estimate would be the usual amount.

In other words, your experience is well within the "normal" limits of random IMO.

doubt its a record but ive had some results very much like that but on IM ,ive even noticed there was maybe around half of those with the scatters hitting the first two columns on reels leaving you three chances to hit third but it never shows (
also for the average trigger of 150 spins this seems to be a miff ive lost count of 500 spins plus & not hit the feature , although if you hit 7-9 features quickly you may recall finding the payouts always below 12x total bet.

which then brings the question of either set ammounts in all triggered games pending on stake or not a 100% random slot as suppliers are stating , to many things go agaisnt the brain in regarding patterns but if you take the time to right down each session you will see some very very odd things.

I'm with you on the constant teaser / 2 scatter scenario. Been playing MG casinos (mainly download) across numerous sites (greatly reduced now due to UK law etc) for about 8 years and play most days (small stakes .30p or .60p), Playboy ain't on its own either, all the 'sister' or similar slots are just as guilty, Immortal Romance, Finer Reels, Untamed games and even the lower variance TS II.

I've also noticed that (admitting I pay a bit too much attention here too) there are a series of 'set spins' which apart from the odd positioning of the symbol (top middle or bottom) happen a good few times in say 50 spins, The most common being the 'Gillian' symbol on Playboy appearing on reels 1,2,4 and 5 so you don't even get 1xbet, the same with the 'Sarah' symbol on IR, have a closer look next time you play see if you agree?

My best run on Playboy is 4 feature triggers in roughly 120 spins, the highest of which payed roughly £18 as far as I can recall, I find the final feature (Wild Night) the worst out the lot and have had my better days on the Rolling Reels Feature.

    Cheers!
