I won some weeks ago some amount on this casino and till now they keep saying their banking guy is sick, on holiday etc...

I am really pissed off by this kind of roguish act of All slots casino by not paying my winnings!

I think they have financial problems?
 
Wow, if this is true, that is the lamest excuse I think I have ever heard. It is up there with "my dog ate my homework", but obviously a lot worse because they haven't paid what they owe.

I hope you get this sorted out soon Markus.

You should offer the CS some retraining too. This kind of amateurish excuse often makes things look worse for a casino than the real reason. It seems CS are implying that the whole Jackpot Factory's ability to pay withdrawals rests on the shoulders of ONE guy. There is no way this can possibly be true, so it is taken to be a BS excuse being used as cover for a far worse reason for the delay. In the current climate, players will quickly come to the conclusion that funding issues are involved, mainly because so many operators have gone under recently after a series of similar BS excuses have been trotted out for the delays.
 
I can assure you all that our casino processes withdrawals on a regular basis. And by the way, none of our staff ever gets sick nor are they allowed to take a vacation. :)

Seriously, I really do want to get to the bottom of this issue. It's important that our players have the best customer service possible.

So this is the reason why the CS rep decided to spoil the party for you.
 
Lets make it a little bit more clear, i made withdraw on 23th, i got on 27th an email asking for confirmation till now its same story..

Their latest excuse:

*****: Thank you for holding. We are having a technical issue with our financial systems, I am unable to check if the withdrawal has been allocated yet. In any case, once your withdrawal is processed, you should receive a statement about this to your email

So it's 31th and they still havent prosessed :D I will let you judge if this casino shuold be even listed as accredited..

I do not think that is advisable. The Casino rep is HERE trying to help. Why not do this in the privacy of your Inbox instead of bringing it to the Forum if you have no intention of having it resolved?

For what its worth, I have reported this post so that the Title can be changed from Roguish - It's simply not the case here and any attempt by the rep to expedite the process of your complaint has been ignored.

Are u their affiliate trying to defend them?! What about other players who are in the same situation with this casino and dont have access or know about casinomeister?

Do you think it's okei for a casino to delay payment for weeks just in hope that platyer reverse the withdraw and loose the money?

On the contrary - NO - I do NOT promote AllSlots :)

Fair enough - your payment may have been delayed; however, the Rep is here to Help now and you trying to drag this process out for kicks is unethical.

Well one of the main reasons i posted here was a "complaint" so to let other players know that Jackpot Factory is very bad untrusthful casino, who delibrately delay players payment for weeks in hope that player cancel withdraw.

and i really doubt thei rep can do much if their banking guy is sick or their financial department has technical problem.

But you are constantly saying that you have been waiting for weeks, when you yesterday when you posted only had been waiting for one week. One week is not weeks.
Where you verified when you cashed out already? It has also been a weekend in the middle.
I would also have understood if you wanted your money and getting this case solved, but just bashing the casino refusing to get help I don't understand.

hi markus ive been playing at allslots for 2 years now and never had a problem being paid out longest i waited was 10 days because i had to verify my account since then when ive withdrew which isnt often lol ive been paid within 3-5 days it will be interesting to see the outcome of this as its the main casino i throw my hard earnedmoney at

And that`s one of the main objectives of this site, another is resolving issues like this, you`re not doing your case any favours by refusing to communicate with the rep.

Where is your proof they owe money to thousands of players?, if this was the case you would have obviously seen their complaints via another gambling mediation and resolving site, and with that in mind we have a thousand or so players trying to get monies owed to them, without joining by far the biggest and best site out there for doing this - Casinomeister.

Refusing to mediate with a rep, and pure conjecture on your behalf regarding just how many players are also in the same boat, is making you look like a bigger rogue than Allslots tbh.
 
I can't understand why you are here.
You refuse to help yourself by sending a PM to the Rep, but continue to spout that your refusal is to highlight that they are acting in a rogue manner by delaying your withdrawl & giving you irrational reasons for the delay.
Methinks we haven't heard the full story.
I previously only played at the Jackpot Factory Group of casinos (I stopped when their minimum withdrawal amount went up to $50) and never had anything but great customer service.

I think it's time you PM'd the rep, so he can help or Max or the Miester should close the thread.
Your wasting everyones time by just sitting on your butt and not trying to resolve this matter.
 
I dont know why so many affiliate guys jumping and want this topic to be closed?!

Why not let the casino to pay with standard procedure.. lets wait 1-2-3-4-5 weeks until they pay (if they ever pay) then i will update and pm their rep my details so he can look.

I dont know whats so wrong to show a casinos real payment procedure... they are slow and not keen to pay and its a fact. and btw i havent got any email regarding them approved or paid ... so fingers crossed.

Standard procedure IS to let the rep help you, that's what they are here for. You are refusing to cooperate and allow that procedure to go forward because ... what? You want them to conduct their business on the forums? Not likely and certainly not "standard procedure". Amending the thread title to better reflect the situation here, original title was "All Slots Casino Roguish acts by not paying and delaying winnings!!".

Also, I STRONGLY recommend you have another look at FAQ section related to Posting Complaints. And see the Posting Rules, section 1.17. As I see it you are (a) ignoring our established procedures for getting complaints looked into and (b) abusing your posting rights here in order to force the casino to do things your way. Again, not appropriate.
