Ann Francke head of the Chartered Management Institute says football and cricket talk should be curtailed in the workplace as it leaves women feeling left out and creates laddish behaviour.

I have no interest in sport talk in any of its forms. I don't feel left out.

I have worked with all females teams for 12 years (except new job where there is one other man in team) and have had to listen to constant period talk and menopause issues I assume these chats will also be curtailed by Ms Francke? Thought not.

From my limited experience there appears to be three teams in a game: team1,team 2 and the rain. Depending on how things are going, some teams pray for the rain, to win. Or something; got bored typing about it.
