Hardly worth getting stressed up over...surely you just play somewhere else and come back when they do (or stay playing somewhere else if you are that offended). The thread contains info about spam from an accredited casino group without affiliate program, info about a PR disaster AND the teaching of a new word "scowlface" together with the picture of Nifty in a leash in our heads.

It can continue for 50 pages more if no fork does the job before.

That was the excuse then, but it's not "too early in the day" now. What they are doing is effectively bait & switch. The player received one offer, but CS are playing the "switch" by saying it's not available, but another offer is. It doesn't matter what went on behind the scenes, the offer was made, and so a prohibited "bait and switch" under UK law has happened. It cuts no ice with the ASA nor Trading Standards if the company says the customer can always vote with their feet and play elsewhere. In law, "sorry" is not usually enough when a mistake is made, there can be consequences too that have to be dealt with.

We are all used to big business sticking to their guns, even when they are wrong, so they shouldn't expect ALL customers to accept "sorry" and just go away. There is far more fight and indignation now among the general public now that all these scandals have surfaced with various big businesses, most are no longer prepared to give businesses any slack, instead they see no reason why they too should not play "hardball" the same as big business if they feel it could gain them the edge.

In this case, an industry known for catching players napping with vague or buried terms, even over a genuine mistake, got caught napping itself. It's worth a crack at a free $50 for some players, whereas others will consider the live deal now on offer to be a far better one, as it now involved a free $150, and although a deposit is required, the WR is still based on only the bonus credited.

I personally think the current SUB better than seen in many of their competitors, although this does require a deposit of £100, and for full effect, 21 further deposits to get fast track access to VIP status. All I need now is confirmation that "Season's Winnings" is running at Major Tom as well as the other two, and I am ready to go.

I already know that their CS has a habit of occasionally screwing up, failure to follow up an issue as promised, but a poke to the reps backside during office hours usually gets things sorted in a day.

With modern high-speed internet and PC's I am totally amazed that most members STILL seem have theirs set to 10 posts per page

Major Tom wants you to use this bonus to experience the games first hand and would prefer if you did not use the autoplay feature in order to meet wagering requirements. In fact Major Tom Management reserves the right to void winnings should management deem that the autoplay feature was used (in this instance). May seem like a strange term but then Major Tom is quite a quirky character.

Even that one has started to become standard.

The easiest thing would be to get rid of autoplay completely if it concerns them so much, and this would indeed "force players not to use it" as it won't be there. I have noticed that Microgaming have been scaling back the autoplay recently. It doesn't even feature in a couple of the newer slots, and was removed across the board from Video Poker. Maybe it's removal from Blackjack will be next.

I tried it tonight.

Download version wasn't working for some reason, I couldn't install the software on my PC (random error msg when I double clicked on the .exe file)? I'm not sure if the software was corrupted or something, I downloaded it twice and it failed to install both times. Could be on my end though, I don't know. I had to play the flash version.

I took on their 30x bonus last night, and deposited 40, ground it out on TS11 and BDBA and made a £180 w/d so a few quid up.
Now see how smoothly the cashout goes, not a bad performed for a MG flash client, smooth and no worse than any other MG site.
I did use a bit of autoplay, but had it set at a low win to stop, so seldom went the full 100 spins on it...I think the term really means to play one LV slot through the whole WR and leave it on autoplay 'until stop' especially on games that don't stop it anyway, like TSII when you get a bonus or sh!tstorm.

Careful people with the "up to 30%" bonus on the 2nd deposit. It says "up to" but 30% is the only thing written anywhere. In the T&C it says that to qualify for these bonuses, you need to deposit at least $20.

Turns out that you need to deposit $100 (or is it more?) to get the full 30%. I deposited $50 yesterday and ended up with 10% ($5). I'd NOT have deposited again knowing that it was only 10%. It's so misleading that it looks like it was done on purpose.

Have they a rep active on here? Anyone had a cashout experience? When I signed up, it said 'up to 150% bonus' but to be fair it did state clearly the amounts to get that - i.e. 100+ and 120% from 60-99.99 etc. My 40 deposit only qualified for 100% but it was clear.

The bonus for the 1st deposit is clear (150%-120%-100%). The misleading 30% is for the 2nd deposit (I didn't even know about it until I get an email after my 1st deposit).

I've had several cashouts with RedFlush and La Vida, they always pay but it takes a while (48hrs pending with your money available for reversal + no weekends). Since you cashed out on Friday, don't expect the money to show up until next Thursday or Friday (assuming you're already verified).

No, I am not verified and they haven't asked yet. No doubt they will on Monday as obviously no one's there at weekends.
I couldn't see the 48 hour pending in the terms, so that'll be the last time I play there if it does take until Thu/Fri to receive my cashout.
Or maybe 'quirky' Major Tom's fast with those rockets up his ar$e......

All day today Tuesday the payment has been 'work in progress' which means it's now non-reversible. So assuming they act promptly without undue delay in verifying my docs, which are the same as approved already by 888.com, Videoslots and many other sites, they should send me the money tomorrow (Wednesday) which means Balthazar is correct and I won't get my cashout until Friday at least, which is a week from initiation. I know subsequent ones should be quicker but WHY did they not request them days ago? I thought this delaying stuff was a thing of the past.

I understand partly what you're saying. You could have submitted the docs prior to them asking for it. That's what I always do when I've made a first-time withdrawal. Still, 48 hours pending, no flushing and no weekend payouts are too much - no Major Tom (and all its affiliates) for me.

I usually do where there's a document upload facility on the site - unfortunately many MG's including majortom don't have this. So I wait until asked, as many don't ask anyway until you reach a certain level of w/d's. Not only that they want a phone number to ring me on BEFORE they pay me, so I've had to supply that and now wait for a call too!
I agree - Major Tom will be court-martialled, shot and buried. He's had his first and last deposit from me. Too much hassle. I feel too exhausted to play there again.

No, I have no information on their plans so I'm not saying that.

What I am saying is the guy who has been handling rep duties for the MT issues is someone else, doesn't log into the forum through either of those you cited (afaik).
