magicboxcasino spamming affiliate

ive been recieving lots of spam emails from this site and have forwarded ALL them to MAGICBOXCASINO support but no reply and i still get them...anyone know how to get this stopped??

thats the headers ive removed my email address cos dont want more spam...id appreciate some help as i say i have emailed there support forwarding these emails with no reply...
