Hello I am new here.
I won 16,000 euros on magical spins with my favorite slot dead or a wild.
After talking with support every day it was all fine and I sent in all my verifications on March 20th until I couldn't log into the site anymore as my country is not blocked.
I received this email from them.
"
We inform you that, due to regulations reasons, we are obliged to close your player account.
Kindly note that Players from Norway are not allowed to play on Magical Spin as clearly stated on our Terms and Conditions.
Kindly note that Magical Spin does not own the Norwegian Gambling Licence and therefore can't accept the documents you provided showing clearly that you are a Norwegian resident.
Kindly send us your bank details to be able to refund your deposits, and also your ID document.

Could this forum advise me what to do or help. I see I can submit a complaint will that help?
