low rtp setting . slow response. slow withdrawal. unprofessional customer service.
signed up lvbet after read this post . deposit 2500 total to test water . try to withdraw 600 . and all problems starts. the documents i uploaded always get declined. same documents i upload to maybe 30 different casinos. no problem at all . this one is different. like pictures is not good enough. need hold i’d and credit card and write a date on a paper. all this kind of ridiculous staff i try to cooperate . and i was asked to provid the proof of payment of paysafe card with name account number. lmao it’s a prepaid number . no account name…and back and forth . 3 days … can’t finish a simple KYC .
so i think screw that . i just throw 600 away and closed my account.

Well there are lots of good things when you are verified. Most negative is that you have to have a conversation of 30 minutes sometimes on live chat to lock your withdrawal. Then you get messages from responsible gambling department while I am being responsible locking my withdrawal.
For this reason like today I just made a withdrawal and blocked my account for 24 hours. It's part of my strategy to deposit winnings gradually. That's why I want fast withdrawals. However sometimes LVBET does process withdrawals within hours (very very exceptional) but the most important part is that they are just trustworthy.

that’s the issue. they cause too many unnecessary problems for simple things . like KYC . i have more than 20 online casino account. play online casino for more than 10 years . i am simply choked by how the handle simple KYC things and back and forth make you wait for 12 hour fro email back . live support doesn’t do anything just tell me i will get email once it’s approved. i play slots simply for fun . doesn’t need this kind of hassle.

i understand that kyc preocsss . as i said i have lots of online casino account. i understand the process.
but not all casino take 3 days to process a simple KYC and ask ridiculous things . like holding ID and credited card write a date and take a picture with my face . i even did that .
not all casino need paysafe account address name and statement . if the person handling the documents have some knowledge it’s simply a prepaid number. no way i can provide that .
not all casino need more than 12 hours to reply a message of course keep canceling your withdraw.

can you imagine if you win anything big what they gonna do ? hit you with sow . if they need morn than 3 days to process the KYc . how long it will take them to prpcsss sow ?
