I won a £5 bonus (no deposit required) on a Halloween promo, played DOA2 on 18p, got a wildline which paid £523, wagered through the 40x (£200) and converted £518 to cash. All good, and was surprised to see no max conversion.
As this was free money thought I'd do a bonus hunt, just had an urge, collected four bonuses was down to £418 them got a message saying loss limit reached. So played the bonuses and increased balance to £550 and continued playing. When I reached £418 again, same message.
Ended up withdrawing the £400 as couldn't play it. My question is, how the hell can I have what most be a £100 loss limit (maybe daily) when I haven't physically deposited, so technically haven't lost a penny? This seems very counterproductive by the casino as now I've withdrawn the cash, and I'm thankful for safer gambling measures, but this one seems bizarre, surely if I have a large win I can gamble it all away as I'm not down. Clearly the casino doesn't take the high point of the balance and start loss limit from there as I was able to lose back down to £418 from £550. It does appeared to have a £100 loss limit from the bonus to cash conversion of £518. Does it now technically think I've deposited £518?
