Resolved LuckyDreams Casino: Unable to verify a super old card

Hello, i've just won some money on a casino that i've been playing on since december 2022. I have had no issues with withdrawals or making depsits or having to verify myself up until now, and now they want me to confirm a card i used to deposit almost 2 years ago. I contacted my bank and unfortunately they do not keep details of old cards. What can i do? I have an account statement that shows deposits made to the casino, but the account statement does not show any card number.
 
Which casino is it? If there is a rep here we can possibly find out how to resolve this.

I've sent them an email requesting documents of every transaction i did to the website, and documents showing the last digits of visa cards on those deposits. I've looked through a lot of my old transactions trying to find the visa card they claim i've made deposits with and i havent found a single one, so im starting to feel like they've told me the wrong last 4 digits of a visa card, or that they are just lying. I've been able to verify everything but that card.
 
Update: Apparantly 2 years ago i made a deposit with my brothers card instead of mine when we had party. I assume this is prohibited, or is there something i can do here?
 
If it’s not your card, you’re buggered on that count, though how it’s relevant to your current balance, I don’t know.

Banks absolutely do keep details of old cards though. I’ve had my bank write a letter confirming a previous card number was closed several years earlier for just this purpose.

i've contacted my bank two times, they only keep the card details for 3 months once its been locked. Tried to get information on what card i used 2 years ago and they said they had no way to get it

I've contacted Dama and they say "We will need the player's email to identify their account - or PAB route if they are willing to proceed the regular way."

IMO Dama will deal with you fairly and responsibly if you give them a chance. So my recommendation would be the PAB route as that will give details useful and necessary for the investigation of your case. isnt that doomed from start as he clearly says there he used his brothers card ? thats usually if not always a big no no
 
Sure, chances are slim to none, but I'd say let's let Dama decide that. They are fair and reasonable and there may be factors in the player's favour, who knows?

I've made a PAB and i appreciate the help, praying for that slim chance.
 
Update: seems like the Dama guys came through and the OP is going to get paid. Final status pending confirmation from the OP of monies received.
