Okay I'm one of the lucky ones to be selected for a random security check, I have been playing with them for quite some time with 4-5 deposits a week at least especially since 32 red bonus banned me, lucky247 is the only MG only platform i play at

Anyone know how long they take to go through with it, by the way i didn't even know this was the reason i hadn't received my withdrawal as my account is still normal and i have made 4-5 deposits since my last withdrawal was processed (but funds weren't released) so i have been expecting withdrawal for 6 days now. Im only asking this as most of you already know how rude and unhelpful lucky247 live help is; following is my chat with him

My account is fully verified and I received my last withdrawal 2 days before requesting another 2 small withdrawals which were initially requested around 10 days ago now as there was a weekend and 48 hours pending period

You are now chatting with Mike
Mike: Welcome to Lucky247 Casino! How may I assist you?
Me: hey
Me: i had 2 withdrawals processed last monday i think and i still have not received them? normally i get them next day in my bank account
Me: asad*******@hotmail.com is my email, username asad******
Me: ???
Me: u with me
Me: ??? u r taking a long time?
Mike: Hang tight; I’ll check your account details right now!
Me: ok
Mike: the account is currently going through routine casino checks, once this is done and everything checks out, they will release the funds
Me: shouldn't they email about that?
Me: and how long is that going to take?
Me: ?
Mike: no
Mike: To confirm, our withdrawal time frames are as follows:

After pending for 48 hours, the withdrawal gets flushed, our accounts team then review the players account for outstanding documents as well as gameplay reviews. Once all of these have been conducted and all is well, they begin processing the players withdrawal.

We don’t flush withdrawals over weekends so any withdrawals due to flush over weekends will only be processed on the following business day.

As a new player to the site, since there are on occasion unexpected delays with regards to player documents being submitted, the process does take a while longer than we would like. Once we do receive documents however, all player withdrawals are generally processed within 1-2 business days of flushing.

Once we process the funds, this can take up to 5 business days to reflect sometimes sooner depending on how fast a players bank operates.

Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to reflect on your end.
Me: i am not new player to the casino
Mike: yea i know that
Me: i have been regular depositor for 2-3 years now
Me: my account is fully verified as well so i still dont get whether my withdrawal has been processed or not
Me: as i was under the impression it was processed on 6 oct
Me: if its not, could u plz provide an estimated date
Mike: the account will at random be selected to go under review, so it may take a bit longer
Me: how long, already been 1 week and as a regular player i should have atleast been emailed to let me know
Me: if my account is under review since last week, shouldn;t my deposit option be disabled as thats the case at most places
Me: i have since made 4-5 deposits
Mike: i cant say, im not finance, but i can send them an email to advise you are waiting for your withdrawal
Me: please do that
Me: thanks
Me: not happy though, this is not how loyal players should be treated

Some people might not like this, but to me this casino are a bit shady.

A lot of complaints around, weird things like this happening and pretty dire to do this to players.

emailed, tbh i always got my withdrawal on time before this and good thing was when i didnt take a bonus my withdrawal was processed in few hours instead of 48 hours pending

The only casino to run a security check on me before was sports interaction but that was before i even made a first deposit and they took so long to do it and email support was awful that i never deposited there

I know of all the complaints on here but they are mostly support related but as they are still accredited and always paid me on time before this I'm gonna reserve my judgement at least till the rep responds

Don't be too afraid. I had some weird experiences with them too. I always deposited via Skrill until at some point in time they requested a (small) deposit with another deposit option other than e-wallets. So I deposited €10 via VISA and was paid my full pending withdrawal back to my VISA. Normally a now-go for me since I keep gambling purse and private-credit cards separated and don't want to trigger red-flags at my house-bank.

Anyway after a very unwelcome cold phone call from them I was paid in full - and I was verified prior to that for quite a while too. After this incident I had a pretty strange mid 4-digit withdrawal which was partly paid to my Skrill and partly to my Neteller (I had requested the WD to my Skrill in full) which implies to me that they ran low on funds on they Skrill-merchant account and tried to compensate with partly paying to my Neteller. Possibly bad cashflow-management. I don't play there anymore nowadays but payments where usually around the normal MG speed. I'd say it's a save play to play at but their withdrawal policy is sometimes a bit shady indeed. However if you stick to the rules nothing bad should happen.

If you are banned from 32red (why actually?) there is not a whole lot of alternatives as a UK-resident. For everybody else I can recommend GoWild/WildJackpots as the best MG-casino group (IMHO even better than 32red) or Vegas Partner Lounge/Fortune Lounge casinos as really decent outfits.

Must agree!! - Wife was very regular player there, I 'Stopped' her playing there due to the fact that they seem to make their rules up as they went along, continually 'moving the goal posts' and always varied responses from different agents over the same issues :confused:

All very well, but this kind of thing is what the rogues get up to, and it's known as a "stalling tactic". It's going to put players off. Even worse, despite the status of the player's account being in question, deposits were still being taken during the time, and could have placed the player in a no-win situation had these checks not been satisfactory.

Far better to run these checks behind the scenes and not disrupt players' withdrawals until you have actually made a decision to pay the balance and close the account, at which point deposits should also be disabled. Fully verified players do not expect any further checks of an intrusive enough nature that their withdrawals are stalled. The vague replies from support staff only serve to make the problem of giving a bad impression even worse.

We are in the social media age, and dissatisfied customers are far more willing to let half the world know that a business is jerking them around rather than suffer in private. This means businesses can't so easily get away with keeping poor service hidden from other customers.

From this thread, you can see that others have gained the impression that this casino is somewhat "shady" because of their own experiences and the experiences of others in different threads.

Not massively related, but when I see a chat agent saying things like 'yea', 'im' it instantly puts me off the place.

Probably because I am British, but not professional imo. I am a bit particular :p
