Hi people's Hi I recently deposited 20 dollars on my account with LUCKY247 CASINO and I won 10 thousand dollars just to find out it has been confiscated. I've tried to get a real answer but they told me pretty much there's nothing they can do . I've recently lost my job and that money would of went a long way next I'll be homeless .. Can anyone help me cause I'm getting no where with them like cmon guys would you let someone take 10 thousand dollars of you?

Not really enough information in your post to advise/comment.

However I have (along with many others) had doubts and reservations, as well as trust issues with this casino for a long time now.

although they have not been online since 19th August (no surprise there then )

Things to think of which may have caused the confiscation...

* Was it your 1st deposit, wins are capped on this
* Did you exceed max bet (usually 20% of any bonus taken)
* Did you play any restricted games
* Have you ever opened more than one account or another person living at your address with an account

These people probably have a list of rules which would measure the length of 500 football pitches but if your confident you've adhered to all rules then I'd chase up via the rep, give them a few days to respond (they'll get an email informing them they have a message here at CM)

I am in the same position. It says I violated their terms because I deposited $100 and got a bonus of $80 and did bets over $18. Is there anyway around this so I get my winnings?

DID you bet over $18? In fact, did you bet over $16?
If so, it's your own fault and you wont get paid.

Of course you can win - I've been winning (and losing sometimes ) at casinos for 16 years!

But what you MUST do is stick to their rules.- and one rule you will see virtually everywhere these days, is a maximum bet while a bonus is in play.
And actually Lucky247's is MUCH higher than average - at most places it's in the $5 to $6.50/spin range, regardless of how big your deposit or bonus are.

If you take ANY bonus, always read ALL the rules - then you will never have any problems (as long as you stick within the rules, of course).

Breach of their T&C because you didn't read them, you will most certainly not see a penny of the winnings.

Lesson learnt the hard way.. Always read the Terms and Conditions before you even create your account.
