Anyone had problems with them? Joined over two weeks ago and won 8k from 300 in which was great. Only games available are Netent and Playngo. They advertised other games but are not available. That’s when things started to go downhill.

I emailed support asking why no Microgaming etc available, they emailed back saying they were available and would look into why I couldn’t access them. I then tried to withdraw winnings only to be met with a £1000 per day limit of withdrawals, says this nowhere in their T&Cs so again queried this. A couple of days passed and noticed that my original withdrawal was still pending. Messaged them about this, no response. Then the site was down for maintenance all of a sudden. It came back up but basically no game could keep connection to servers for more than about 10 spins. Emailed again. Because of how the site withdrawal limits work I now have 6 withdrawals, all still pending some over 9 days and have had zero response from the casino on any of my queries other than the first one. Quite concerned I’m not going to get my money here.

But only Play'n'Go and NetEnt are showing on the homepage for me, and the 1000 limit is actually in the T&C, although they've made all the terms almost impossible to read, with grey text on a slightly darker grey background.
I had to highlight everything to read them.

But only Play'n'Go and NetEnt are showing on the homepage for me, and the 1000 limit is actually in the T&C, although they've made all the terms almost impossible to read, with grey text on a slightly darker grey background.

They emailed me saying Microgaming was available and if you check their Valerius site then you will see. Now closed my account and no explanation and no withdrawals received. This mob are very dodgy imho

UKGC and others job isnt that easy as it seems. The moment they add a dozen of rules casinos come up with another 20 things you just dont see coming :O

soon enough ukgc rules will be 600 pages long

give it a year before something like this appears in ukgc T&C for casinos

Hope you get it sorted, but if they are associated with Danguad then I wouldn't hold my hopes too high on getting paid.

I can only urge to do more research before signing up with a new casino. Having a UK license should not be a 100% trust seal.

So terms that were not previously there are now added to the site. The bonus terms were 45x play through. They have now made this up and specifically stuck it on the site today. An absolute scam of a casino. I had cancelled the bonus off as well before hitting anything. 50% deposit bonus it was

On it goes. They have paid me one amount of 997.50 and claim they are only giving me another 500 which has still not been received. The casino is a scam. I never opted in to receive a bonus yet they gave me it on 1st deposit. I win a lot of money without ever breaking into the bonus at any point and then cancel said bonus. Play with the same winnings for a few days then withdraw my money. They turn round and say I'm only getting 1500. Not acceptable and a total scam to restrict winnings of any player. I have been advised elsewhere to bypass IBAS and report this directly to the Gambling Commission which I will do unless they come up with the money.

They are one and the same company I have found. They have 7 days to sort it out or I will give the UKGC the info they have asked for. If nothing else their licence needs revoked and this might help.

Aye well they are utter scum mate. Fuck them and anyone who goes newer them. Absolute lack of effort from that side, still waiting on answers and they don’t want to reply.

This is still dragging on. They have confirmed the bonus applied was a parachute bonus. They confirmed I won my money with cash balance and yet they still won't pay. The UKGC is looking at them now.
