LTC Casino withdrawal issues

Hello,

I’ve been gambling online for a long time, had a significant issue or 2 that got resolved, but now I am facing a very big one with ltccasino.io, but I cannot find their representative here. I’ve had an enormous win here, been paid 50,000 USDT but now I am locked out of my account that still has 120,000 USDT. There is still hope as they say it’s an investigation, but that is very strange and defies logic on many points.

If their logic is followed, it seems like I might be the first person on planet earth who could have hacked Evolution and Pragmatic Play live games. Plus, since they allow creation for many accounts and boast to never request KYC, and limit withdrawals to 25000 USDT per month per account (they explicitly allow this), seems like I never thought about creating many accounts to increase my profits, because I only have one account.

Can admins invite them over here? I see they’ve had a previous issue here that got resolved. With much thanks.
 
According to the rules, I can’t file a PAB since this is active on another arbitration site. Can an admin comment on this? I very much respect this website and would like to file a PAB here

Apologies for not responding sooner. You say "I see they’ve had a previous issue here that got resolved.” Are you sure about that? I’ve checked our PAB records and don’t see anything for ltccasino.io .

You also have asked "I can’t file a PAB since this is active on another arbitration site. Can an admin comment on this?” If you’ve read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures you will have see this:

Also, a few words about ltccasino.io: they appear to be unlicensed and unregulated. That means they are free to do as they please with your account, and your money. There is a very good chance your winnings are fictitious and are simply part of a larger ploy to extract money from you. Can you contact them privately? Or, can I come back here if the other mediation means are no longer active and fail? After all, when filing the PAB, I can then click on the box saying other mediation process are not active.

The person owning this platform is well known streamer (TTR Andrey NIKOLAEV), and they already paid 50,000 USDT, out of 15k initial deposits. People can still be honest even without a license, and I think he’s better trusted than some licenses. Maybe they have mixed management and they just need this one extra push.

I am simply trying to get help, and I believe you can help me, but of course I don’t pretend to have a right of anything in any private company, though God bless you if you can help, otherwise I’ll stop posting no problem.
 
To answer the question: the issue here was posted on the forum not related to a withdrawal issue, my apologies. They’ve had another (larger) withdrawal issue that was solved before but not mentioned here

If we were to pursue your issue for you it would have to be within the context of a PAB that you’ve submitted to us. So yes, once your issue is done and closed elsewhere you would be free to Submit a PAB and we could then work on your case.

As to licenses, yes, we are well aware that some operators working without formal licensing can be good, honest people. We’ve worked with operators like that for decades and it is exactly their excellent track records that make them the exception to the rule.

The point is that unless you have a good body of evidence to support your trust in an unlicensd and unregulated operator you are essentially a lost soul wandering the Wild West of Casinoland and hoping for the best. As they say in the movies, “hope is not a strategy”.

Just for the record, today I got back access to my account:). I told you so, I was right, the owner of this website is more trustworthy than many licenses out there :)
