Decided enough is enough with Lottomart, they requested some quite sensitive information from me which I wasn't entirely comfortable with sending, however I was hoping that this information would be enough to finish my account review after over a month of waiting, I recieved a phone call yesterday and was informed that there may be a possibility that need more personal information from me so I have decided that this is where it stops and requested a full account closure and the release of any pending withdrawals. In all my years of using many many online casino's/bookmakers I have never once been requested this amount of personal information. I understand guidelines are stricter for operators but this is just rediculous. On a footnote just a quick thank you to @Mark_Lottomart for speeding the process up when I was getting absolutely no information back from Lottomart regarding my review.
