Life changing win at Winward Casino!

If the op is paid i think il try the casino. It is different games than rtg, netent, wms etc? Fingers crossed

Thats got to be the worst statement I have heard in a long time, After every think that has been said about these and you would still risk your cash?

I am sure there's a few decent casino's that have diffrent games, Hope a few will jump in with some suggestions

Thanks everyone, I have a horrible feeling about this and truly hope someone can help me. This would go a long way in helping my family.

I asked support and they told me to keep playing and the 500 limit MAY be increased based on my play. I have no interest in playing the games they have any more. I just want my money.

What kind of rogue behaviour is that? I understand they hope you wil lose your fair won money, but withdrawal limits based on how much you play is a BS term.

You might consider to use "some" of your winnings to climb up the VIP ladder and "show some activity" to increase the weekly limits. However if you choose to do so, be very careful with the game-selection and your bets. Just check how realistic this is for you. With that massive bankroll it should be easy to reach the Silver-VIP stage which increases the limit by 2.5 times (according to T&C)

Casinos which pay in such low installments usually don't like it when you don't play at all and find silly excuses to not pay you. If you at least play 1-2 times a week with cautious bets you might lose a little bit back but will be paid quicker. Maybe some Blackjack or low-variance slots.

However before you start doing that wait if KK or somebody else that knows the casino people in person can get some reliable information about your payment-plan. Fingers crossed that you will get paid.

That makes no sense, because they will reduce the VIP-level again if you don't keep playing (term 7.7.5)

So the casino allows you to deposit $350 in one go but restricts withdrawals to $500 a week. Even if they do have it in the T&Cs it's just rotten.

Wow nice win OP. Please, please, please don't give any of it back. Unless its strategic for you to play a little.

I too will try their casino if this player gets paid!

Goodluck OP and be happy you're getting paid in instalments (you sound like the kinda guy that might go on some ludicrous spending spree if he got paid all in one shot, lol).

If you pop back in 3 years we should finally know if the OP got paid the full amount :D

It is not a bug in my opinion. TopGame is not the best iGaming-software available. It's not for nothing that almost no licensed casinos work with TopGame software. That makes that this sort of providers are putting less conditions to casinos that want to use their stuff, because they're happy there's somebody wanting to use their software. Net Entertainment or MicroGaming do require guarantees and for sure TopGame requires less.

And also this sort of casinos want to compete with the big guys while they do not have the money to buy marketing and they do not have quality games like the bug guys do have. They give bonuses they cannot afford, they offer max. bets that can result in prizes they cannot pay out, etc...

Best thing is to avoid them. If you have such a win at a for example NetEnt casino. They will usually pay you as they do not have silly withdrawal limits. And if not, you're always able to discuss it with Net Ent directly or with the license authority n UK or Malta.

In this case: TopGame won't give a **** if WinWard pays out or not. TopGame does not have a reputation to defend, like MG and NetEnt do have. The license authority does not even exist in this case. They're telling you they've got a license under supervision of Costa Rica (and bla bla). That just means that you've got a company in Costa Rica and you can do what you want as long as you don't bother Costa Ricans with your casino. To discuss this topic in Costa Rica makes no sense, because they do not care and they will tell you, you should have red the terms.

WinWard can do what they want now, as nobody will take them to court in Costa Rica... even if you win such a case at court, what than? Send a bailliff to Costa Rica to some postbox firm ?

It is said here I guess, but what this sort of casinos better would do is offer bonuses they can afford and lower the max bets. But.... than they cannot compete anymore with legit casinos.

You post just reminded me, that for the last month or so this group have had banners on their websites saying they also have NetEnt, Betsoft, Play’N’Go, iSoftBet and NYX.
When I queried this with them, they said they are coming soon...!
I pointed out (in no uncertain terms) that they should not have these banners on their websites if they don't CURRENTLY offer those providers - and I see that today they are no longer there. (They were there a couple of days ago).

Whether they are still coming or if there was something odd going on, only time will tell...

This shot was from their sister casino - but all their casinos had this same footer on their home pages.

There seems to be some advice here from people that you should play more in order to get your vip level to rise, to be able to withdraw more.

Please DON'T do that. Because even IF they rise your wd limits, they will lower them back to the lowest limit if you are being inactive, meaning you stop playing on some weeks. I find this to be absolute nonsense, but they sure do that.

What casino does not list how much you have to play in order for your vip limit to rise, and how to keep it on higher level , there is no direct mentioning on what is required for higher vip level, and how to keep it there. Winward.

"In order to check the VIP level, the Account Holder may contact Winward Casino’s representatives."

Im pretty hopeful you will get paid, if you have the patience to wait it out and have not broken any of their t&c.

Congrats! Hope it ends well. Even if they up it to 1k per week, i think thats pretty good innings... just make sure to save it.

I'd suggest you do not play any of it. If you are seen as weak, I suspect you will encounter more stalling and delays.

Winward has been around a long time. Just make your withdrawals weekly and enjoy the boost to your life for years to come. I would not count on them being timely however, so don't borrow expecting to have regular income to pay back a loan.

If you want larger items, save up for them.

If you hope to accelerate payments somewhat, I'd take a "geez, I'd love to play again, but I need to be paid first" kind of approach. Explain that you do not wish to extend the period to get paid by winning some more. Tell them how great they are, and how much you can't wait until you can deposit again with them. Then close your account and walk away after you receive your last payment.

Even though this casinos seems to have been in operation for a long time, it doesn't mean diddly squat. As far as I know, it has come under several ownerships and management - and most of the time they've walked a thin line of dodginess.

But this statement from support takes the cake. To encourage someone to play their winnings back is downright rogue behavior. These tactics give the industry an bad name, and casinos that pull stunts like this should be shut down.

If the OP could send me the original statement, that would be great.
