Repeated violations of rule 1.18 - being a PITA

Last week i deposited 1,6K by Mastercard-Debit. Played a while. (Slots & Roulette)
Was already down on 120 EUR when finally a big Bonus saved the day.

I wanted to withdrawl 1K then and the only Option i had was Mastercard.

I protested in Chat that i want a banktransfer because i am sure there will be Problems with Mastercard. No Chance.

They told me then that their bank has transfered the money on Friday 13:40.
My Bank has seen no money.
My Bank always book transfers the same day. Works great with rizk.com or many other Casinos.

Today i complained in the Chat that its Tuesday and i still have got no money
They referred their terms where is stated that the transfer could last 2-5 working days, so it might also be slow because of their bank.

I am pissed because they lied to me, when they said, that their bank already processed it on Friday. They did not because if, i would have already received the money.

I personally don't trust a casino that tells me lies, so i choose another one in future.

Still waiting for my money.

Just on a general note, LeoVegas is one of the best outfits out there (in my opinion). They are a big company listed on the Swedish stock exchange and I am 100% sure they are not trying to screw you over. I have played tons there myself and cashouts have always been quick.

International bank transfers and transfers back to credit card can take their time in my experience, depending on what bank the casino are using and what bank you are using.

I am sure you will receive your money soon, no need to slander the casino.
 
I don't think an accredited casino tells 'lies' when it comes to payments, they give a timeframe of 2-5 days for a reason. Some casinos may be faster than others with certain withdrawal methods but once 'released' from their end you can be sure it's winging its way towards you.

Never had a single problem being paid by LV, so I trust them 100% on that front. If anything they should get an award for processing a withdrawal of mine a while back, got processed early in the morning and was paid back to my debit card the next day. That's almost e-wallet speed :eek::confused:

No thats depends on the Casinos for example , when my withdraw is approved till lunch i will have it in my Bankaccount next Workday (only Mo-Fr) @ GUTS.

Another example @ Casino Room every withdraw Process takes 48Hours till you recieve it doesnt madder if E-Wallet or something else.

@ Leovegas i have to wait normally max. 24H but i used Neteller (E-wallet) there, thats pretty normal.

Hope you are well.

Minor delays with bank transactions can happen from time to time. You mentioned that other casinos have taken 1 business day for a transfer - that will be dependant on the payment provider, not your bank. When we send funds via a bank transfer, they are sent via a payment provider, different casinos will have different payment providers so times may vary for funds to arrive to your bank.
