So I just a few minutes ago had an email from leovegas for Source Of Wealth Request.

Below is the email in full:

Dear Robert,

LeoVegas works hard to ensure a safe environment for you to play in. Part of this effort also involves requesting additional information to ensure that gambling is legal, fair and responsible.

We are required at this stage to ask you for information about the source of your account funding. As required by our licence with the UK Gambling commission and to ensure the safety of our esteemed clientele, ongoing due diligence must be carried out to fulfil your account verification.

To continue enjoying our site, kindly provide us with one, or a combination of the following documents, which can verify your source of income, such as:

* Payslips showing earnings within the last 3 months
* Bank statements showing salary or pension payments within the last 3 months (preferably showing transactions made by card/bank to LeoVegas)
* Self-employed income within the last 3 months
* A letter from your employer showing annual gross/net income within the last year
* Tax Return for the last period

Should you be unable to provide any of the above documentation, we would be able to accept one of the below documents verifying your source of wealth, where relevant:

* Certified copy of contract for sale of property
* Proof of ownership of stock, business, shares or investments
* Letter of will/inheritance
* Dated proof of significant winnings from casinos or other sources

Should you be unable to provide sufficient documentation as mentioned above, please provide us with any independent evidence that would support "affordability" in relation to your business with us.

We kindly ask you to attach documents by replying to this email or by sending this to verifications@leovegas.com from the email address registered to your gaming account. We assure you that all information supplied will be safely secured and used in confidence solely for meeting LeoVegas’ regulatory obligations.

Our efforts to provide you with a great customer experience whilst meeting these requirements will continuously remain our goal, so should you have any questions which can help make this process easier please feel free to get back to me.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your cooperation with this request and wish you the best of luck on our site.

Best regards,
John

So it appears I need to send one of the above. But I do not have any that would be relevant apart from bank. But the bank statement would only then show proof of payments made to neteller. I do not deposit to Leovegas direct from my bank account.

So I am now not sure if that is acceptable or not. I mean obviously I am not happy about this. I am also not happy about downloading a PDF file of my bank and then having to blank out large parts of it.

So any input from LeoVegas would be great

Thanks :)

LeoVegas again,how nice:D
I don't know where I get the thought from that it's something like a follow up from the previous thread. No not from you Dream but from them. They have now gone through your account and realize it has to be completely verified. (I didn't say the word revenge).

You can't expect the reps to chime in here because it's rarily the same people who are doing these checks. I would suggest you ask through either pm or through the email address you now have. Good luck!

Yeah perhaps lol

But to be fair I will not be posting anymore on this forum. I will only be participating on occasion in the battle of slots thread.

So good bye everyone.
