Resolved Leovegas.it refuses to pay 51k€

@gambler88
I see you did not start the PAB process yet.
I reccomend you to do it.

I am italian as well as you, and I can grant you it is a fantastic service, and it is free.
i don't think if i open PAB something will change, i need to comunicate with italian department as they must substay to italian laws, and already regulator (AAMS) has the case in hand. I will keep PAB as last shot.

Leo Vegas is reviewed at Casinomeister
i contacted them just now and they told me that "there isn't verifies and account is closed, with money seized". they are trolling me

i would report another thing:
I noticed that in the file (SAR) with all my data account (movements etc.), they changed my birth date from 1988 to 1989.
Can't be my mistake, cause in italy they do a check with anagraphic database at registration, also with id data, and if something don't agree, you simply can't register.
I alerted them, and they reply that they have my documents that proof my birth date is 1989.
i'm offered to send all documents again, with notarized copies of them and birth certificate, but they don't need. :)
i think it's a try to invalidate entirely my account.
i proceed with PAB now.

"Posting about your issue on the forums, or submitting your issue at other 3rd party sites, or raising your issue with a licensing authority while we're working on your PAB undermines our efforts."
can i proceed also if i alerted AAMS?

Right. Dont forget to keep us updated!

Online gambling has really gone to the dogs hasn’t it?

It shouldn’t be necessary to even initiate a PAB against a casino as historically trustworthy as LeoVegas.

Where can people trust to deposit their money these days, safe in the knowledge they’ll get paid out??

Today i finally received all balance on my bank account. Thanks to this community and specially to @maxd for his help in the case. 😀

lol. I thought i was on the last page when posting.

Great it was solved!!

Now don't put it all back as i did & many others out there. Be smart. Budget your gambling. Don't try to win more. Then youll end upp loosing it. And it goes faaast!

Your better off playing in bricks and mortar casino these days.

Would be nice to know the reason they refused to pay in the first place ...
Looks like it was a KYC documents issue, but that conversation was between the player and casino directly so I'm not certain of that.

Kyc problem was only a thing to justify everything they've done, before this i had like 10 withdaws, all without problems(my account was kyc verified);
and even if was kyc problem, they could have asked immediately instead say "account closed definitively" until the regulator intervention, to change into "suspended for verifications".
Any problem may have been there, I have given my availability to send any document from the beginning, but they did not want to discuss it.
For sure they tried to not pay without any real reason, and they had really bad behavior.
