Ok, I know my posts might come across in the wrong way at times. And I never intend them to do so, but I can tell you my intention for this thread was to help all players who play at leovegas whether they want leovegas to improve their loyalty or not. I know I did ask in page 2 of this thread over a month ago. I hold my hand up on that occasion. So I apologise for that. So that is probably why people are responding in the way they are and that is understandable.

What is the purpose of a casino forum like CM if we can not make threads that hopefully get read by reps and changes can get made? That is the whole reason I made this thread in the first place.

It's not a bonus forum. The casino reps are here to provide information and to assist those in need if or when communication breaks down via their support. Hopefully casino reps will join in the banter in discussions about casino operations, how their software works, what in store for the future, etc. Begging or even asking for bonuses or special treatment here is a no-go. Behavior like that is a big turn-off, and gives this forum a bad rap.

If you want freebies or special bonuses, there are other forums that cater to that. This is not one of them. Out of over 70 forum sections, only three are about bonuses. That should tell you something about what our stance here at Casinomeister is concerning bonuses.

For the whole lack of loyalty from the casino, really? There are more constructive ways of making a point than putting a company or someone on the defensive. This is not being constructive.

If reps get bombarded where 50% (or higher, who knows?) of their PM's or thread responses become based on freebie hunting or moaning about poor game time then they will simply, eventually "do one" seen it a handful of times on here since joining.

Only my opinion but this could then have a knock on effect which could (unlikely maybe but could) jeopardise their accreditation through rep inactivity caused through no fault of their own but feeling if they come here to CM they'll be met by demands or moans for bonuses.

Ok. I did already respond that is not what i wanted. I have already made it clear what the purpose of this thread was. Yes i held my hands up about a post i made on page 2 which i apologised for.

But i do know what CM is for

And I can also say that my intentions are not in anyway made to *scare* reps away. How many times do I have to repeat the same reaponses? My intention was to hopefully give some constructive critism.

I do agree that we don't want to scare reps away, but by the same token they are 'chosen' (raffle, name in a hat, short straw) to represent the casino and uphold their brand. If every comment aimed at them is seen as negative, begging etc then they surely must know this comes with the job. And how is a casino supposed to improve if not via our feedback? That can be good and bad.....

It has to be give and take, or else we're in danger of painting reps as some endangered species that no one dare challenge on anything

....but the only person who benefited from your rant was you! If you read back this thread I don't think anyone agreed with what/how you went about it - I bet you didn't give them the £30 quid back seeing that was not what you were after

It's ssooo not like me to have a dig at anyone on this forum, everyone is entitled to their opinion but this thread was uncalled for in my opinion, you didn't stop until you got what you wanted.

I guess i am about to comment on a thread i know nothing about....a non USA casino....but IMHO, 66 or more deposits and not 1 good will gesture is insane. Even USA facing casinos will most time throw a bone. Not mandatory of course but out of appreciation for your loyal deposits.

I did the whole 'asking for a comp' thing a couple of times just, you know, and I nearly died of embarrassment

Thing is casinos ought to do this pre-emptively, but few do. It shouldn't even come to that....so whilst not a 'fan' of pleading for comps, I can see how frustrating it is when casinos overlook your loyalty after basically years of losing

This is the sort of behavior that scares off reps - when you are using this forum to get perks or bonuses. That's a good way to get yourself banned from here. If everyone did this, Casinomeister would be a ghost town for casino reps. Don't do it. Thank you.

I bet Dan at VS and the reps at Vegas have all fingers and toes crossed for that outcome.

Dream, needs, to learn some self awareness, demanding time scales from reps and using this forum for leverage to get a freebie, is just taking the piss

All I will say now is the thread is not over, They still need to answer why live chat always say no yet when Sarah got involved she was able to. So they are obviously using a different checking system. And the answer I wanted was why. Not a comp but why is that the case? As colin asked earlier on in this thread.

It appears people are obviously hating me now and that upsets me to the point where I am now thinking I might not bother using CM anymore. But hey As I said this was not the reason for this thread and I have apologised. But still people will not let it lie, and they continue to post and further upset me. When I have said I held my hand up about a post I made on page 2. And what more do I have to do or say. It appears I keep repeating myself and yet the same people keep going on the same vendetta against me.

Yes they all have systems they use to check players accounts. It seems to me that they have 2 systems, one that live chat use and one that other staff use in cases where a member is vocal.

But anyhow I already apologised for the way I came across and the post on page 2 and yet people was still not accepting it and was still going on at me. It was like they just have not read my posts I made that I was apologising in. So obviously that is not good enough is it?

Look I struggle sometimes when it comes to finding the right words or sentences to say things. I always have, it is something that I can not change. That aspect of myself has been with me all my life. I try my best to make sure when I make posts that I do not say things in a way they come across in the wrong way, but that is not always the case. And when that gets pointed out I do hold my hands up and accept it and apologise.

But sometimes even that is not enough and still people keep on the same warpath.

I think you just need to be able to let things go It's tough but it's sometimes better to say less than more.
I don't think anyone knows or cares what was posted on page 2. I haven't checked and I don't care either.

I say it again. They don't have two systems, but they were just nice to you. Most reps can do that. That doesn't mean we should ask them.

It really doesn't, no. I do like to come here with the sole purpose of offering advice or any kind of wisdom that would hopefully contribute to helping somebody who needs it. I know how addiction feels and I know how losing tons of money feels so I try to help whomever I can in whichever way I can.
