Leojackpot.... No "fee" info

Im on a roll tonight..... so get this guys...

I play at leojackpot (part of softbet)

Win off free spins (thanks). Actually quite well.

550 euros balance with WR met.

I go to cashout via card (since they required you to withdraw to method you deposited)

and boom....

Out of that 550, over 20 euros are taken in charges.

First off....

Its misleading. I am grateful to have this free cash.... however for depositing players its not good.

You scout their terms and withdrawal help section.... nothing about a withdrawal fee to card.

Assume you are a depositor playing in real cash only, you put in £200. Try to withdraw £1000, that would incur a £50 or more withdraw fee.

I know it costs casinos money to do transactions, however its not listed on the site so depositors via card will have a big surprise when cashing out.

It wasnt even like they used good payment processors.... 5 working days to clear after sending money. Usually for casinos its 2-3 after they send it....

Just a warning really, if you intend to play there with your card, expect your winnings to be snipped with undisclosed fee's

I agree with nifty with some red flags... Also:

No live support (Only skype messaging)

A poor/half assed facebook page (they spam exactly the same message on their wall twice a day)

Poor facebook special promotion. 1st 2000 people who like and share their page and deposits 20 will be put in a draw to win an ipad mini.... they have under 100 likes so will take a while to reach 2000, also 2000 x 20 = £40,000 for them.... ipad mini costs under £500.

Maybe they do have potential to be a legitimate accredited casino. They certainly do pay, they reply quite quickly to support tickets. The way the operation is being run though can be questioned

I smell spam. Fresh outta the can.

Me too :).

This site really has p*ssed me off....

"mom and pop clipjoint to me with a made up name by non English speaking people" is probably the most accurate way of describing things.

I gave them a bit of advice, tried to offer some knowledge, 1 of their guys (marius somebody) added me on facebook after I unliked their FB page because every single post was the same (saying they are the best and to come and deposit now pretty much).

I actually tried making conversation with him, thats what facebook is for... He read my message, no reply and he was also spamming leojackpot's "great name" 2 or 3 times a day.

Needless to say hes now gone from my friends list.

These guys are the masters of spam!!!

Hi Gabi,

Welcome to the forum. I've added your account to the i-Gaming reps user group "Affiliate Managers". Please read our forum guidelines for Affiliate Managers here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forum-faq/forum-policies/

Thank you.

And next time, please go easy on the URLs. :D

.

I was wondering if the rep could clarify the relationship between Leo Jackpot and other brands like CBM Sport, Laz Vegas, Capitan Bet etc.

The reason I am asking is because these sites/brands (+ others) are quite identical.

It is a bit strange that all of these brands are using the same platform, but they still do not offer any of the larger NetEnt jackpots (which may indicate low activity).

Good Morning

Hi Everybody,

CasinoMeister, Thank you for adding me.

With regards to " sparkz " comments kindly find my answers below:

We apologize for the inconvenience in the name of LeoJackpot and Marius. Knowing Marius, i'm confident that if you were a bit more patient most probably he would had reply to your message. Unfortunately he doesn’t have the time to answer on FB . He is our Head of Affiliate department in our Company and he's responsibilities are mostly related to the affiliation side.

I have sent you the answer regarding your FeedBack, and it was more than welcome, we took your advices in consideration and some of them are already in practice.

Regarding the spam, I know that at the beginning some of the posts where repeating to much, but you have to admit that we are trying to improve these things.

We are coming up with new bonuses and unique promotions campaigns every month to suite all players demands.

As you said that you have a great experience in this Field, i would expect less critics and more feedbacks from you. As you saw we are taking each players advice in consideration. (Each critic is a step forward if it's constructive).

Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. If you have any other suggestions or need to contact someone from our casino, please feel free to drop us a line and everything will be taken on board.

Thank you very much for everything .

Best Regards

Gabi

Hi again guys,

Just wanted to clarify the question of Rainmaker below:

FenPlay/Softbet/ FenGaming is a very unique business, in a sense that we are an operator and we have the right experience to run as well as a successful software provider for the iGaming industry. Providing Casino (NetEnt, Evolution Gaming and others very soon) ,sports book solutions and Poker (Cake Poker, Everleaf, Dollaro Poker). We offer white label solution to more than 200 partners, I have enumerated here few of our Skins: scommettendo.it, cbmsport.com, leojackpot.com etc. We have been growing organically over last years in offline business. Due to this growth, we decided to step into the online business as well and on this note we have launched now LeoAffiliates.com composed by selected brands Leojackpot.com and CBMsport.com with the aim to create one of the most successful affiliate program from all iGaming industry.

With regards to jackpots we will implement very soon the highest progressive Jackpots such as Mega Fortune or Arabian Nights.

Should you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Best Regards

Gabi

Gave Leojackpot a shot yesterday in the evening.
Deposit 150 Euro and took the 200% bonus. I was a little bit irritated because my account shows 0 Euros and the bonus shows 300. I had to open a slot to see that there are 450 Euro in my account. If I have more than 450 euros in my account it is shown as casino money. A little bit confusing but no big issue for me.

Support answers within minutes, that`s good so far. Unfortunately not all questions were answered. I asked if it is possible to see my remaining WR anywhere and the answer was that I have to wager 10`500 Euros. Well, thank you for this information. Don`t answered my question, but maybe I have to ask CS for my remaning wagering every time I start a session :D But that`s also no issue for me, I know this procedure from some Playtech casinos.

WR are 35x bonus, what is fair. All slots counts 100%, what is great. There are a lot of Netent casinos where slots counts 50% or slots with big potential only 20%.

Today I will send my docs for account verification, will inform you if it was hassle free.

Good Morning Gagamel ,

I am glad that you had a good experience at our Casino .

Please let me know if i can help you in any way .

PS. As a small "secret" in couple of weeks the way you knew LeoJackpot will change . Many changes are being done as we speak , we will have a totally new design and different bonuses and weekly tournaments . + Another New casino provider extending even more the range of games that we offer .
We are always trying to improve our product and to give the best experience to all Players .

With Regards

Gabi

Another positive point are the weekly and monthly boni. I play NetEnt mostly but a lot of NeteEnt casinos are stingy with boni, especially you won some money with them.
I`m not a bonus hunter, but sometimes it`s nice to know that there is a reguar bonus.

Yes we know the importance of those bonuses . At the moment we closed the monthly and weekly until we launch the new LeoJackpot Concept . Once everything is up and running , i can assure you that we will have probably the best promotions in the market .

Didn't Leojackpot say he/she was charged a Eur20 fee and you say that the fee is Eur3? What's up with that?

It looks like these guys are at least trying to answer questions and be helpful; however, from what I've seen here, they have a long way to go before you can call their operation smooth. Just my opinion.

Hi ,

he/She was charged on a % of his withdrawal at that time ( last year ) . We have changed several things at our Casino from then till now .

The charge is a fix 3 Euro on withdrawals .

Hi Alex ,

Each person is entitled to his opinion . We are constantly making changes in good to help and assist players .
More changes will occur as well in the following week / months .
One can find out how our operations are in the moment they try us and definitely will stick with us .

Gabi

I have to say I was sceptic to open an account at Leojackpot because they have no live chat.
But I have to say, all works fine.
No lag in the games, support answers within seconds/ minutes, verification process hassle free.
I still wager my WB, but I think there will be no issues to make a withdrawal.

Last point, I like an active rep here in the forums.

Gabi,

Can you clarify this term?

22.5 - The Maximum cash-out for customers that received the First Deposit Bonus campaign and have not purchased any real money deposits is that of 100€.

Does this mean if my first deposit ever at your site is $100, and I take the first deposit bonus of 200%, total $300 to play, I can only withdraw $100 after making wr because I haven't first made a 'real money' deposit without accepting a bonus with it? This is how it reads, and if correct this is blatantly rogue, and the term must be amended if you wish to have legitimate customers like myself play there.

Hi Azzurri ,

Sorry for the Delay , i just saw the comment now.

NO , that terms is for the Free spins with no deposit . meaning the Max Cash out without making a deposit is 100 Euro . If you deposit , you can withdraw as much as you win / want .

The term limits it self to the No Deposit Free spins .

PS. Next week we will launch the new LeoJackpot . We hope that among with the new style / design also the terms will be more clearer for everyone , and hoping to don't cause confusion anymore .

Regards

Gabi

I would just like to warn everyone about LeoJackpot just in case you play there. As terrible news has come out. I would assume Casinomeister could put up warning about them here or maybe investigate please?

I just discovered this info over at AGD (affiliateguarddog) and hope its okay to link to that article. Will paste it below. Please be careful everyone both as affiliate and player this sucks

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Dear Affiliates,

Hope this email finds you well.

This is Constantine, the ex-head of affiliates for LeoJackpot.

I am sending you this email from my personal email address as I do not longer work for LeoJackpot.

I wanted to contact you earlier but I had to make sure I receive my final payment before doing that. I hope you understand.

The reason for sending this email is that I would like to bring to your attention the practices used by LeoJackpot and which resulted in me leaving the company.

Unfortunately their work ethics are not to the standard they should be. To make it sort, they are stealing your registered players with LeoJackpot and using their details to email them (with their own affiliate tracking code) offers from other operators. The email used is : [email protected]

Also, with a bit of investigation I discovered that the guy owning 50% of LeoJackpot, and who runs the operational side of things, has an interesting history:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Outdated URL (Invalid)

Lastly, before I left the company, I overheard some discussions about launching another operation with the name xxlcasino.

I would like to advice you to avoid LeoJackpot as well as xxlcasino if they launch it. These kind of people should be ousted from the industry.

PERSONAL NOTE: I am not going to gain anything from this email besides standing up to what I feel is right. I follow or at least try to follow my principals on a daily basis and do not compromise for anything. I have been told that this might affect my future prospects of finding employment in this industry but I am willing to take that risk. I am an affiliate manager that enjoys building trustworthy relationships on equal terms( I treat affiliates as I would treat my friends). That is something all affiliate managers should strive for. And because of that, I could not just stay silent and therefore decided to send you this email.

Anyway, the choice is yours!

Wish you a very nice day.

Kind Regards
Constantine

@PaaskeDKnowUK

Wow, I no the stuff does go on but its good when it does come out, If whats been said is true than well done to the person who bought this to light, I will take a good look later

People wonder why I am so against fees and charges.

I've had over $100 in fees and charges on a single deposit before.
Once I had a 1k+ win and I was charged a fee for depositing + currency conversion fees then charged for withdrawing + currency conversion fees.
Winning big is good but not when you are paying heavy fees.

False acusations

Good morning ,

i would like to get back to the recent accusations posted on various forums , bellow you will find the official Company statement .

"
Leo Jackpot and LeoAffiliates would like to officially state their position following the statement by Mr Constantine Alexander Korniliou on the 18 th November 2014.

Leo Jackpot would like to clarify that contrary to what was written, it has no legal relationship with Mr Constantine Alexander Korniliou. To this end he was also never employed by LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates, and any statement to contrary was false and misleading. This was also confirmed by Mr Constantine Alexander Korniliou in his corrective statement dated 24 November 2014, which is also being posted for everyone’s perusal together with this communication.

Leo Jackpot would also like to assure all the affiliates that contrary to what might have been inferred the details of the affiliates of Leo Jackpot were to its knowledge always real and all the commissions always honoured.‎

We are investigating if there was any wrong doing by any third party and are reserving all our rights at Law.
Furthermore as intimated above, please find the corrective statement made by Mr. Constantine Alexander Korniliou for everybody’s perusal.
“Dear Affiliates,

My apologies for contacting you again. I hope it is the last time.

I have been legally requested to retract some of the statements made in my email as they misrepresent the fact and give cause to grave prejudice to the reputation of LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates and their intellectual property.

I have agreed to publish this further statement as it does not affect my initial allegations.

I would like to clarify that I was not employed directly by LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates but by Tuukay which was a 3rd party with no intellectual property rights to LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates .

Tuukay was tasked with running the marketing, retention and customer service of the sites.

Therefore, the allegations I presented in my email are the wrong doings of Tuukay and not LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates, whom unfortunately are the innocent victims of the actions of Tuukay and also myself for misrepresenting the above facts.

Kind Regards
Constantine”
We hope to have cleared this situation created by the misinformation provided to the affiliate sites by Mr. Korniliou which wrongfully created a wrong impression on the seriousness and integrity of the site Leo Jackpot.

"

With Regards

Gabi
