Tips Leo Vegas wiped achievement tables for TSII-IR-Playboy etc etc

So today I found out via an e-mail that LeoVegas upgraded their software which meant that achievement tables at a lot of the MGS games have been erased as they could not be saved.
Now this has happened to be before at GUTS casino but they had comped me very well for it as a very loyal player (€200.00 @ 1x WR).
As most people have spent thousands of spins to complete those free spin trails right up until the end I thought that was nice from GUTS at the time.

Well LeoVegas had comped the players too with a hefty €15.00 with a 30x WR attached to it if I am correct.
That is pure vile.
Sorry to say so but that does not reflect the amount of money that most players have put into these slots by a hundred miles.
Utterly disgusted by this!

Like I am a person that will not start from scratch again on these slots. No way!
So I stick to the few casino's where I still have all the achievments tables unlocked and pray not all casino's will ever upgrade/reset these tables.

I have them unlocked on most 243 liners from MGS and to start all over again is not a sound plan i.m.h.o.

I'm still chasing the bonus rounds at some places after upgrades.
While Playboy, IR etc suck having to redo...the worst is easily TDKR where you've spins and multipliers accumulated at a substantial bet.

Last time it happened at LeoVegas I got £100 bonus.
But my achievements haven't been cleared this time (yet)

Mentioned this a few times and posted a pre warning thread somewhere a few weeks back.

Now I really feel casinos need to appreciate just how much 'hard work' goes into building up these achievements, more so those with a small gaming budget who could have taken months, years maybe. (ok maybe not quite years but a LOT of sessions!)

Not only that but I feel I am not alone in that I cannot stand the 'earlier' choice of bonus rounds on the games in question.

* All 'wins' x 5 - yeah £0 x 5 is still fuck all!
* Loki, Wild Magic, - cool if it comes and if the first two reels match, if, if ,if....
* Sofia, running wilds, oh look they run straight off the bottom of my screen AGAIN!

Usually chose, Odin, Thor, Sarah, Gillian, all which need LOTS of play and BR to re open.

£15 with associated WR is more of an insult than compensation, Guts offering £200 with 1xWR is much more realistic and also show player respect and appreciation, they gave me £50 NDB, 1xWR when mine were wiped a while back, turned rage into elation and what's more I still deposit twice weekly at least, get the idea Leo

I have nearly completed the tables of IR and TS2 in most Casinos and I would be very upset if mine was wiped out too as it took a long time and lots of money to get there.

Software updates like these have to be carried out in order for the game providers and the Casinos to stay up to date. That aside, we certainly understand the frustration caused by this. I am working with the casino team to find a solution that will compensate everyone effected more appropriately. This may take some time so I do ask for your patience.

For those affected the most you could always give the option of a £1000 non-cashable bonus, to build the achievements back up.
Plus a smaller cashable bonus to compensate for the time it will take.

I love LeoVegas but find it hard to defend them here. It's already proven that other casinos have offered compensation amounting to a couple of hundred quid which is a great gesture and shows respect to their players.

It seems that trawling through people's achievements seems too much of a nuisance at present. There can't be that many players that have unlocked everything so why not just give them a similar amount and be done with it? Let's spare a thought for lowrollers who have several achievements across the board, it must have taken months to get them!

It's more a case of 'guilty before being proven innocent' with LeoVegas and this issue. I'm sure MG will compensate them in some capacity for this update. Remember, the customer is always right you bastards!!

Totally agree,

Drop the Low rollers £25-£30 each, Hi-Rollers £100 or so each.

Players (in the main) will be pissed at loss of achievements but the 'blow' immediately softened by some 'free' play time without having to maybe deposit that day.

Chances are roughly 90% of the 'compensation' will be lost and casino is protected by WR on top of this!

The remaining 10% or so who clear WR, lets say 50% will play it back so very little for the casino to lose.

My last session at Leo wast last week sometime and £40 was gone in no time, probably my lowest RTP session of the year so logging in every time I see a new post on this thread actually WANTING my achievements to be gone and a few quid to play with, budget shot this week so c'mo Leo

If you had received compensation last week and nothing further yesterday, that tells me that your account will have received the correct amount of compensation last week. Feel free to send your details via a private message and can check this for you.

With regards to our VIP program, we are not able to set a firm date for when it will be ready for launch as their are a few more things that need to be finalized.

If you buy a car and there is something wrong with it the dealer is the one who compensates you not mercedes leovegas is a great site, have been better before but still one of the best imo (mainly because of the bonus structure).

Happend to me at Guts, a while back never got any compensation though regarding that even though i had
deposit $12000 more then i had withdrawn at the time
might add i never asked for it.
