Sorry if a thread like this is already somewhere here in the forums.

If I recall correctly there is now four very similar MG slots; TSII, IR, TFROL and the new Playboy. And with similar I think you all know what I mean, 243 ways, single wilds doubling your wins and most importantly the free spin triggers where you can choose the feature. I personally like them all and I believe you all have your favorites or at least you can mention the one that sucks the least

I would put them in this order: TSII < TFROL < Playboy < IR.

Thunderstruck II

So many spins on this slot with no remarkable wins. This used to be my favourite one but it has lost its charm when these new slots keep coming out. I have had many good runs but not anything I would take screenshot from.

Free spin features are ok, they trigger quite often and don't have any annoying "habits" if you understand what I mean (for example, seemingly random wilds not being so random and so on.). Even Loki feature seems it can go anywhere and it usually does.

TSII is just missing some hit potential compared to its counterparts with wild symbols being placed close to low paying symbols. And do I need to mention one particularly annoying feature? ;)

The Finer Reels Of Life

This slot just seems super, super tight at least for me. Lower symbols won't pay enough to keep you battling against this game, free spins seems very rare and you need to get very lucky to get any decent payouts.

Like the base game, free spins have huge hit potential but these hits are so rare that most of the time you are left with dissapointing win like 30x bet. This might be just me but I haven't had any wins on this one. I have tried this game plenty of times but have always ended up with 0 balance.

Playboy

This is my current favorite. Playboy has ok payouts and I have had many free spins and also they seem to trigger quite often. Jillian's feature (25 spins with chance of getting 1-5 wild reels on each spin) just is so exciting and I have had many 100-200x hits on it. Other features are ok too, and for me it seems that the rolling reel one pays a lot better than similar features on TSII, TFROL and IR.

One thing I don't like is that the base game doesn't have any features since the Wildstormdesirecelebration is in free spin feature. So free spin triggers are only thing you wait and it can get boring very fast if you are having a long run without any.

Immortal Romance

Everyone plays this slot so much that I don't need to say much. Wild Desire is so great and the screenshot section is full of pics with four reels wild which are almost non-existant in the other three slots. Great hit potential without Desire too.

Sarah's feature has to be one of the most annoying feature of all the features presented in these slots and you all know what I mean lol :p

So, which one is your favorite?

IR for me, hands down.

Think it has more to do with the colours and music.

I like Playboy too... looking foward to having enough spins to unlock the final feature.

Despite seeing lovely screenies, TFROL just doesn't cut it for me. Somehow lacks the excitement the others offer.

TSII... haven't played in a long time, should probably revisit it.

Playboy for me. I like the fact that you don't need to look out for the random wild feature in the base game. Also it's nice that the big win song and dance only starts from around 35-40xbet (it's somewhere in the middle, couldn't pin point it) as opposed to IR for example has it at around 16xbet. On the other hand Playboy's soundtrack doesn't appeal to me much though and after quite a lot of playing I've just muted it.

Second place to IR. Love the overall feel of the slot. The soundtrack is amazing which is a huge plus for me (darn, I miss LOTR).

Third place to TFROL just because it's more higher variance than TS2. TS2 takes the last place because I just don't feel I have a chance to hit anything big when playing it. Plus ofcourse the useless wild storm feature.

1. Immortal Romance

This one is my favorite. Although the vampire theme is not my favorite despite being a horror fan. But the art style and "athmosphere" is best of the 4 in my opinion.

2.Thunderstruck 2

The theme Norse mythology is the best of the four in my opinion and I love norse mythology so much that just by that it deserves the second spot.

3.TFROL

I love the champange bottles in the wild celebration thing. It clearly shows when the feature starts and when it ends and you can't wait for new wilds anymore. You can just start hoping that the reels stop at the correct spots :)

4.Playboy

Don't like the theme at all. Worst of the group by far.

The list for in what slots I have won the most goes like this though:

1.TFROL
2.IR
3.TS 2
4.PB

For me it has been IR with Thunderstruck 2 a close second. Playboy is fun for the obvious reason but for me it has been really tight with over 600 spins and two bonus features activated (but that is the average). TFRL was great for me on one casino and terrible on another so I think it is time to switch things up. As for features they all feel the same but I want to unlock Playboy more to see how the other bonus rounds are like to determine if it can replace it fully.

IR,100% ... Best music in features and most appealing graphics for me...

TSII,allright for me.
TFROL,not impressed and seems harder to get the free spins compared to IR.
Playboy,no go for me,lost 2x100 Euro deposit on different casino's without hitting a win over €18.00 which was 10x bet and NO bonus triggered at all.

Hmmmm...
Being asked which 243 line slot is the best, that's a bit like being asked by a guy that's about to kick you to death what colour of trainers he should wear.

I just think all these slots are all mince compared to decent old school video slots.

I actually tried out the Playboy slot on BV for an afternoon just to compare it with the old playboy slot from five years ago.
I did get a few free spins rounds, and I hit 5oak within free spins for an 83x win. (That being the car symbol with the Playboy wild multiplier.)
By comparison if I was playing Adventure palace, Spring Break or a decent adjustable 9 line classic, I'd expect 5oak within Free spins to be kicking out between 300x and 700x stake.

I haven't played Playboy much at all as I simply didn't like it but have a good many hours playtime at the others. To be honest I think the question is pretty redundant as they are pretty much all the same and the variations between them are so small that they seem to me to be insignificant. For what it is worth the best of the bunch for me is Immortal Romance but that is purely down to the fact that I have landed a much larger win there than on the others. In terms of gameplay I find they are all the same. Possibly TFROL is the least appealing to me as in my experience this is the tightest one on your list and I have never landed a significant win there (for me significant win = greater than 100x stake).

1, Finer reels, only cos I hit a 1066x bet feature once, and almost certainly the only one which I'm in profit from.

2, TSII , generally shite but less brutal than IR, wild magic feature actually pays sometimes (unlike IR's)

3, IR , the pinnacle of frustration, the first week of playing this I had 2 decent 3 reel wild desires, since then bugger all worth mentioning, in base game or free spins (STILL waiting my 4 reeled wild desire damn it, probably never play this stupid game again once it finally comes in)

4, Playboy not had all features on this yet, next trigger on golden lounge finally opens the 4th feature, but im expecting it to suck hard after playing other three features, but so far nothing special, mediocre wins biggest being about 130x bet on 1st feature

I'm pretty sick of all these game now tbh when they were new and exciting they used to pay quite frequently, and then got worse and worse month by month, give me No Worries over these any day.

I have played all 3 of those TSII, IR and TFROL, I haven't had a serious decent hit yet but it is very hard to get though since it is high variance. Probably would take millions spin before landing in lovely 5 reels of wild or 4 reels of wild either which is a serious decent hit. But sometimes I did had 100x payout which is a common good hit in free spin though even in low bet to keep me going to play for more luck. The best hit I have ever had but was on low bet was The Dark Knight 500x!, that is incredible hit. The best highest hit in Dark Knight would be all 5 reels of wild give you 3240x of your bet. Maybe one day in future I might get it.

IR and I have a love hate relationship. I love the graphics ect but it hates me lol. I`ve gotten to gold in the achievements on TSII in a few casinos I play at and it tends to pay me pretty good. I`ve only played TFROL a few time but I did hit a big win during free spins once. Hard to pick a fav but TSII probably would be my go-to slot of the group.

Tried out playboy last night, definitely seems to throw up more/better wins in regular spins than TS2 for me.

So far did 1384 spins @ 0.30, 13 free spin rounds, best 3: 166x bet, 109x bet, 68x bet, so nothing huge yet but i am definitely ahead overall for the session and interested enough to keep going for that last feature !

1. Immortal Romance

I just loved this one from the start.
Can be cruel, but it can also give you loads of playtime with regular 5-oaks (Amber!) hitting in normal spins, and the Wild Desire can pay so huge.. makes it very exiting to play.
Got 4 reels wild 3 times so far.
The graphics and music also just seem to do it for me.

2. TFROL

A bit higher variance than IR, seems harder to hit anything in the base game, less wins to keep you going, but free spins can pay awesome.
Had some great hits with the Wild Wine feauture, which is my favourite.
Great game, but not as good as IR imo.

For the other 2, I havent played Playboy enough to form an opinion, so far I cant say I like it much because of the missing random wild feauture, found the game a bit boring to be honest.

Thunderstruck II I never liked.

TFROL: Half decent and has potential but is prone to loads of dead spins so you'll need a good sized bankroll.

TSII: I personally love this slot! it can take a long time to hit anything good but when it has for me it has been great! I used to use it to build up my bankroll last year but beware if you hit a great one get off it immediately as it can collect just as fast!

IR: only ever hit 50-70x my bet and always at low rolling never get the good ones when betting at 1.50-1.80! The wild desire winning pics are however very intriguing...

Playboy:again need a good bankroll and haven't played enough to know but put it this way it went through a free 5bonus in 5mins and that was me betting at lowest stake of 30p...

I'm certain they all hate me but...

Playboy.. this one hates me... I have barely managed to unlock the second (running wilds) spins... I have played a few thousand spins on it...

To me, IR is the best online slot ever made. Sure it can be mean and frustrating (just like any slot), but outside of the poorly designed Sarah feature, the slot is almost perfect: Good graphics, good high variance, good music, fun bonus rounds and the Wild Desire feature that pops once in a while can potentially give you a huge win.

TFROL is a bit higher variance, but it's not as fun to play. TSII is significantly lower variance and the thunderstorm feature isn't as good as the other two for some reason. Playboy's variance seems to be somewhere between TSII's and IR's, but I haven't played it enough to have a valid opinion yet.

To be honest i don't have any favorite game anymore, I love only games that pay me good wins that session, so all my "favorite" would be the ones that gives me bonus triggers often. But i do play often high variance games and thats due to hit potential.

I managed to unlock all the features in playboy in under 3000 spins so the bonus round frequency certainly seems good. As has been said in another thread though the variance of features 1+3 is wildly different from that of 2+4, quite a change from, for example, TS2, where the discussion has largely leant towards all the features having the same overall potential.

One thing that I notice a LOT in playboy is that you often get wilds appearing at the same time as other matching symbols when hitting 5 of a kind, so for example you get a lot of 5 aces, plus 5 aces with a wild for a total 3x5OAK aces win, and those sorts of hits come around much more regularly than on IR or TS2 - I think this makes sense as the jackpot is a fair bit lower ?

I am gonna say Playboy for the time being but might change opinion again soon as the session I had last week on playboy has made me interested in having another try at some of the other 243 way slots - I've been playing BDBA and DoA a lot instead recently :)

Played ir last night, £50 into Guts where it was playing like a pig, however I didn't mind as had fair bit in the week. However, big mistake as £150 into unibet for one feature of £1.80p nothing on the free spins, played like a twat. Won't be playing there again and won't be playing on a Saturday night again.

Well for me thus far I think Playboy is the best of the lot. IR is disgusting when it comes to dry runs. Whilst IR has the appeal with a superb soundtrack and great graphics, it has the Wild Desire polluting its reels in the base game.

I really enjoy playing IR but I have done over 250k spins on it and not once had a hit greater than 600x bet. Haven't seen more than 3 wilds in the Wild Desire and the irony is I had my biggest paying Wild Desire feature at Redbet... not big but over 300x bet. The Bulk of my spins are at 32Red.

IR is a very volatile game and $200 at .90c bets is asking for trouble 90% of the time in my experience. What actually draws me to the game is the smooth play and great soundtrack. I play on turbo mode on every game - don't have the patience to wait.

The FROL has ripped a x300 starting balance from me on more than one occasion. I go there for a short burst and run.

Playboy on the other hand has treated me quite well - More regular 100x hits and my biggest hit is already over 600x bet. I have done a fraction of the Spins that I have done on IR and the base game does not have a 'Wild Desire' type feature to suck some of the RTP up. It might have to do with the fact that I had the courtesy of spending time with one of their Playmates in Connecticut last month :)

Its funny how TSII seems very tame compared to the other 3. I used to play TSII a lot and now when I pop in 100x bet hits seem so much more achievable than on IR or the FROL...
