Hi and thank you everybody and compliments for the forum, it's very useful.

Since a couple of months, It's clear that several casino are promoting their brands in europe but it's very strange that almost all europe casinos are migrating in USA. These casinos online use different sites: one for europe and one for USA.

The software used in europe are microgaming and playtech but in USA the software used is for example "vegas technology" for brand like goldenpalace -for europa- and goldencasino.com -for usa-, allslots.com -for europe- allslotsUsa.com -for usa-

Well, the question is: affiliates program say that is not possible to promote casinos in United States and they didnt accept anymore United States player but in the same time they use different software and different sites for promoting their new brand...
what happend? Is it legal again to promote casinos online in United States?

For example EuroPartners.com have the ownership of casinoblasters.com, bestcasinopartner.com, casino.com, mansion.com, m88.com.
Of course, same behaviour for others affiliates program...

These means that now is it legal again to ads casino in United states?

Another question, What is the best affiliates program (thay pay honest) in your opinion right now?

I dont want to joke anymore with europe affiliates program... I want something serious.

Then forget about the USA until prohibition is replaced by regulation. The global economy is more likely to be the reason that promoting in Europe does not seem to earn much, but it is BECAUSE of the legal situation in the US that casinos have split operations, so that a US crackdown is less likely to drag down the European operation as well.

The reason that affiliate programs say one thing, but seem to practice another, is that they have to operate clandestine programs when it comes to operating in the US, and may no longer want the involvement of affiliates as before, but rather be using direct mailing companies to promote the brands. US players are reporting the receipt of CDs and mailers in the post as a means of promoting a new casino to them. These US facing brands may not want the additional overheads of running an affiliate program, as well as the increased risk that the operation may be more easily traced by undercover investigators acting for the US DoJ, which is how processors are currently being "busted", and funds on US soil seized.

I understand your point of view but it's not possible anymore to work in europe, I got big delusions using several european affiliate programs!

Well, again the question is: Who is using or know other affiliation programs that works in the States? Which are the most honest and have the better conversion?

Except the new brands like: casino.com, mansion.com, goldenpalace and gocasino.com owned by europartners used in the United States... are there others which work better like allslotsusa.com, thecasinous.com, allstarslots.com, blackdiamonds.net, bodog, everest, cherryred casino... I mean others that can I use saving my time?

I wrote the names of random brands just to clarify but I know that there are a lot of brands out of there.

Can I first ask where / how do you know EuroPartners own those other brands?
In my own personal opinion EuroPartners are rip-off scum and should be avoided like the plague!

Simplest way to know who is good to go for the USA is by software type used;

Softwares OK for USA:
Rival Gaming. (CM not recommended)
RTG - do your homework; about 50% of RTGs are rogues!
Top Game. (CM not recommended)
Vegas Technologies
+ a few minor ones.
NOTE: None of the above are officially legal in the USA.

Softwares NOT accepting USA players:
ALL Microgaming (e.g. AllSlotsUsa & thecasinous you mentioned do NOT take new USA players)
Grand Virtual (e.g. Everest)
Playtech - do your homework; about 50% of PlayTechs are rogues!
WagerWorks
Net Entertainment
Boss Media
Chartwell
Crypto
+ a few minor ones.

It's a well know news that EuroPartners became exclusive promoters of Mansion Poker and all marketing activities for it have been moved to Euro Partners. By the way, you can read on several casino forum and newspaper this news.

About goldenpalace an affiliate who works in, told me that. Gocasino is linked with goldenpalace...

AFAIK Euro Partners is the most honest and serious company on the market. I didnt have any reason to think different specially about european market

I didn't understand what you wrote about the softwares and their control over affiliation programs so I think is impossible that some affiliation programs work honestly and someother not. Otherwise if you tell me that some brands are more honest I will use it for the european market because you wrote me that they are not legal in US.

To be honest you dont help me when you hidden which brands are you talking about and I think it will be better to help each other specially with affiliate.

If you want to write me your sites I will be a sub-affiliate of it.

About softwares which don't accept American players it's absolutily impossible IMHO that the 50% of playtech are dishonest because they are the leaders of the market.

Mansion casino and Casino.com have their own affiliate program. I'm not aware that they are now with Europartners. The Europartners deal was for marketing of the poker brands only I believe.

We are all entitled to our opinions.
I would not touch any casino that is in any way connected to EuroPartners - what you do is you own business, but please DO NOT promote rogue casinos.

You asked which casinos were legal (i.e. OK) for the USA - I specifically answered that question.
I'm not going to list out every casino on every software!
Anyone can find this info with a little bit of research - for good casinos see CasinoMeister's accredited list or the lists on my site.

Leaders in which market?
Not mine!
I've been promoting Playtech casinos for 4 years and all but 1 are a total waste of web-space. :(
I stand by what I said; over 50% are rogue - more likely 75%+
If you don't believe me, look at the CM accredited list and see just how many of the 60+ Playtechs online today are listed there...
(Clue: More than 4 and less than 6...)
Don't get me wrong - I love Playtech software - but it seems I am in the small minority!

Is there any reason why these two europartners' affiliate managers have a badge with written casinoblasters.com?

Old Attachment (Invalid)

I found it on facebook, but I still thinks it is impossible that Playtech works on the United States of America... (casinoblasters have a sister program, BestCasinoPartner.com that accept United States players).

Well, right now, Does Playtech accept or not United States Players? It's a mess!

Please I want any explainations about it because I promote playtech and I dont want any issue with american federal police if an american player landed on my UK site or if he will be accepted as a real player.

I really hope I'm wrong otherwise I will force to remove all the playtech's brand from my sites!

Thank you

Yes!
They were at an affiliate convention - EVERYONE had a name badge with CasinoBlasters on it - even me and CasinoMeister!
They sponsored the event - nothing more serious that that.
Although having said that, in my own opinion EuroPartners are pond-life and should be avoided like the plague!
