Lasagne!

Hmmm the recipe...well.. I made it up as I went so...

Chuck some mince in a pan - about a kilo I used a mix of pork and beef but I would usually use just beef (some other pleb did the shopping.)
Chuck in some diced onion - I used 2 biguns.
Cook this (oh put some olive oil in there first, a good splash.)
Put in lots of tomato paste and pasta sauce and let it simmer and reduce while you cook the cheesy sauce.

Cheesy sauce, throw a chunk of butter into another pan, melt it then throw in enough flour to make a soft paste, slowly add milk stirring furiously the whole time until you have the required quantity of sauce you would like. Take it off the heat and grate in MASSES of your favourite cheese(es).

Arrange in a mofo of a massive baking dish starting with a small amount of the tomato/beef sauce, then a layer of pasta, then beef/pasta/beef/pasta/beef/pasta/beef/pasta then throw all the cheesiness on top and grate yet more cheese onto the thing.

Cook that b!atch for about 30 mins in a moderate oven. I let it sit afterwards for a while too, helps it keep it's shape.

Some time during the cooking process you may like to throw in a little salt/pepper/basil/oregano. I use the non-dried pasta so it cooks quicker and there is less time before I can begin shoveling it into my mouth. :)

ENJOY! (We did!)
