Hello

Sorry im posting here , but didnt find better place. I will be short.

How do you think if slot machine is empty of money, even coins, does it has affect on game results ( income and outcome)?

Back in the days, (in Norway) there were several slot machines in shops and petrol station. If they ever ran out of money while paying you, you could call a number that was on the machine and tell them about it. Normally they had someone service them once a week anyway.

I'm not sure why you'd bother playing them if there's a concern it's empty of funds, or if it physically dispenses $ vs vouchers/tickets.
If you have a phone (which you clearly do) why not stick with online accredited casinos or brick and mortar venues?
I'm not German, but I'm certain there's others can chime in.

A few years ago a couple of friends and I played a slotmachine in a bar. We won a couple hundred and when we wanted to cash it out the machine had not enough cash. We had to give our IDs to the barkeeper and he noted how much we won. Next day we had to go back there and the owner of the bar gave us the cash. It was in the middle of the night and the owner wasnt there. And the only barkeeper wasnt allowed to give out cash. Happenend in germany.

It does IF THE GAME IS COMPENSATED and non-random like the UK AWP ones and B3's.

that was my bad - I took it to mean a standard B&M/legit online casino video slot :)
You may still be right as the OP hasn't specified if he means compensated slots. I remember in Germany when I lived there decades ago there were 'wall' machines with vertical tumbler-type reels that span vertically with 5 individual windows in a '5-of-hearts' card pattern with knights and queens on them. They were definitely compensated.
