Agent response was to state she had been willing to email me the requested Documents, this was utntill her manager had stopped this, citing....

it is easy, simply show random chance at work, win v loss ratio be noting vastly different to 30 other gamers who bet similar Monatary amounts & over As similar timescale. It's all above board after all

Law of Averages seems to have forgot I'm at their brand. I just want my records show proof Im being given the same fair chance a as you, the person reading this, to win and / or Lose.

It's not unreasonable for you to request your gaming history. I'm sure if you keep on at them you'll get it - looks like a bug on their part.

But I'm curious who you are planning to turn this information over for 3rd party / independent verification (quite a tall order)?

Unfortunately, your posts reveals very little about how you lost your money. If you told me you lost that much in a day playing starburst at 10p I'd be surprised, however, if you were doing £500 bonus buys on extra chilli I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't last 20 mins.

Speaking from experience I can only advise that you might want to consider chalking this one down to experience as it's quite unlikely you've been on the receiving end of some borked RNG. Ice cold slots are very much a real thing as almost every experienced player here will testify.

Why would you think I may wish to approach a 3rd Party, independent of, and no conflict o of interest, either with myself or Ladbrokes? Ladbrokes who Reviews my acct. as it holds the data and whom I am relying on to be 100% truthful when they tell me that I am just on a losing run, an unfortunate losing streak.

Your gaming and betting history should be available from the account interface anyway.

What games are you playing? Slots, betting or casino tables?

It's just that we've seen this kind of thread numerous times where multiple deposits are made and the OP has an unrealistic expectation of when to withdraw and so plays until bust each deposit. The result is accumulated losses, one-way traffic for their money. Then they wrongly suspect the games while not understanding the maths - whatever the house edge (RTP), if you keep playing you will lose eventually.

£5.5k over 15 years is an average of £7 a week.
Not knowing your bet size, what you are playing/betting on means that no one can understand what your complaint is. I lost more than your 15 year total at Videoslots in under 6 months, but in the same 6 months I won 4 x as much from both Casumo and SkyVegas. It never crossed my mind to send my play history from any of them to a third party. What third party even offers the service you are talking about and what are you expecting them to say? You have been unlucky?

For the data, request a SAR to include your account history, specifically all transaction history and gameplay history. They have to supply it within 30 days.
 
Well whhat can i say. Can not use Ladbrokes since they put a block on my account last year for withdrawing money whem thy accidentally paid the wrong amount in winnings for a bet putting my account overdrawn i could fix it but can't be arsed.

Anyway used Ladbrokes for over 15 years before that. Used coral for years as well. And i can safely say as will many members on here that there is nothing dodgy about them. Games are fair and i have had great wins there as have many members there.

In fact i would actually say because of some great wins there i am probably in profit ovwr those years. Especially when they had the microgaming casino a few years ago with some promotions that had little or no wagering so basically it was hard to lose.

No idea about your account but there is no way you could possibly have had a losing streak like that at on one of the fairest casinos out unless you never withdrew when you could or you had a crazy betting style.

You lost a pittance over a long period of time.
We know zero about how you bet or your betting patterns.
The odds are on the house and you lost, like we all do.
I could show dozens of my casino accounts looking a hell of a lot worse than yours...
at a loss to see what you actually hope to gain.
