Worth noting they just did a deal with Playtech whereby it's likely they will switch platforms in the near future. That *may* affect cashout time.

They may keep (some of) the MG games too - I am speculating. Reuters say this:

The betting firm will take on 40 staff from Playtech to form a new digital marketing team, the companies said on Monday. Ladbrokes' customers will get access to Playtech's 200 casino games this year, before their gaming assets are eventually merged onto one platform

I would say you are correct. Paddy Power for example did that, providing the IGT games still when moving over. Virgin provide MG flash games with IGT , and Nordicbet MG with Netent and WMS.
I don't believe though (unless anyone can correct me) that I've seen a casino provide MG flash via a Playtech platform. I would imagine they will though to keep existing players happy.

From memory, I remember a casino telling me if you had the MG agreement "download" casino it restricted what you could take. But recently, Ladbrokes took IGT games into their games section and MG seem less strict about things now. Maybe they have no choice.

But you're right: I can't think of a Playtech driven platform supplying MG and vice-versa. Virgin *had* games from both prior to selling up but no download client. It will be interesting to see how this pans out but now virtually every bookie offers a Playtech casino with the exception of Victor and that has become a favourite place of mine because of it's game diversity

It's weird but as Playtech have gradually taken over all the casinos, I have gradually got more bored of their games. Not that that is necessarily the reason but it struck me as an odd coincidence.

well if that happens they can say bye bye to my money
Me too :(
Still, at least 32Red will get a lot more action! ;)

BTW, Ladbrokes cash-out times seem to be dynamic depending on when exactly you visit the cashier screen:
On a Wednesday afternoon it will say 3hrs, but on a Saturday evening it says 24hrs.

whats wrong with playtech?
Nothing wrong with the software per-se - a lot wrong with half the Playtech casinos (rogue or very dodgy), the poor bonus offers, the sloooooow cashout times and the need to send verification documents to the Philippines = something which many Europeans are very uneasy about.

There are some VERY good Playtechs - but they are in the tiny minority.

Some casinos take up to 48 hours to verify documents (although most do it much faster). If all is well you will be paid. It certainly looks like with the new Ladbrokes things are moving a bit slower than before.:(

The ranking they received was prior to the switch to Playtech. Since they don't have an active rep here on the forum you could file a PAB. Here is the link with the rules http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/section/pitch-bitch-314/
Maybe Max could help you out?

Good Luck

hope you get your problem sorted Helen . Ladbrokes has been a nightmare recently with all their changes etc but to be fair ive been with them for longer than I can remember and have always been paid fast even since change of software tho I always withdraw from sports. I can only guess they are having problems verifying who you are but if you get it sorted they still remain fast payers normally.
