It seems I have to provide details for an old card which I don’t have anymore and starling won’t provide anything as proof to say i owned the card. :-( also been asked to go into branch which I can’t cos starling is solely online. I really am at a loss don’t know what to do any one else had this issue with lost cards and casino KYC? Feel like a headless chicken
Yup Very common problem at this group and thats what I meant earlier in here. Prepaids and vouchers are bought with cash and loaded and can only be used once. Then discarded and no paper trail. Most casinos can see its a prepaid by looking up the first 4 numbers. They should do that and save headaches. Plus relate sometimes old cards get thrown out. Try telling them this and they do not listen and try and force you to provide something that does not exist
