KYC Check NextCasino - Utility Bill

Hi all,

NextCasino has asked me to submit information to verify myself. I have no problem doing this. I will send my passport, my driving license (which shows my address) as well as both sides of my card used to make a deposit. However, I am struggling with the utility bill. I live in my brothers house and all the utility bills are in his name. I have got the council tax bill from last month which has my name on it but it is not a utility bill. My mobile phone is pay as you go and do I don't get a bill. I have also got a Barlclaycard credit card but it is all online and they do not send any statement. My bank account is also online and whilst I can send a screen shot of both my bank account and credit card I cannot send any statement. As they are accredited I hope they see common sense but after seeing some of the horror stories on this forum - you never know.

Any help guys?

You can still get a statement for usage for your cell phone which should suffice as long as it has your name and date on it..

All of my statements are paperless and I always send my bank statement in PDF form and have never had any problems. Next accepted my documents with no problems. I think quite a lot of people are going the paperless (online route) especially if they live in a place that the post is easily accessible to others. If you explain that you get your statements online I don't think there should be any problems. I would also send them the council tax bill just to be on the safe side:)

With regards to to my bank account and my baraclaycard they are both online. For baraclaycard I can go online and get a statement but it just shows transactions that I have done. Nothing with my name and address. For my bank account I do not get any statements (paper statement or PDF statement). I can go online and take a screen shot of my account which shows my transactions and have the same number as the card I used to deposit to NextCasino but it does not show my name and address. Just to add my bank account is with Halifax which is one the biggest banks in the UK and not some dodgy bank.

This has shown me how dated the KYC process is. Surely, a quick check on the voting register detail in the UK would confirm my address. I would easily cover the administration cost of doing such a check rather than going through the effort of sending private and sensitive documents by email.

I have TSB and statements are available online. I am surprised that Halifax does not have this feature. I also use pay as you go phone because it is much cheaper for the same features:D I would send your council tax bill (I am assuming it has your address on it). Also give Next Casino Rep a PM explaining your situation. They should be able to help you out:)

Figured it out. Had to go to the Desktop version of the site as cannot PM on the mobile version

I also bank with Halifax and if you log in and click the 'change details' at the top of the page it will bring up a screen showing your name and address.You could then take a screenshot and forward it to the casino.Hope this helps.

So, I get verified and play as normal. A couple of hours ago I logged in and played. Won £100 playing BJ (I never use bonus as think they are not worth it). No problem. Anyway I just try to log on now and it says my account is blocked. What sucks is they block my account but do not even bother sending me an email letting me know the reason why. I have just played as normal. I have done nothing wrong and to be honest I am pissed off. Expect better from a verified casino. Have sent a email to customer support and the NextCasino rep on this forum. What is annoying is I moved stuff around to play BJ tonight but am now unable to
