Hello everyone,

I am new at this so bear with me. In February I cashed out at Wild Jacks casino and I still have not gotten paid. They are telling me that the US froze the funds. I really don't understand what that means. Will they become
thawed out ? Am I just out of luck? To date they owe me $34,500.00. I contacted ecogra and was told the same thing. It's been almost six months and no one seems to have a solution. I've been playing at Wild Jacks since they started and they had always been fair and paid immediately. Any suggestions of what I could do about this?
