Fact : You refuse to admit you gambled the funds away.

If you had not gambled the funds in your account the issue would have been resolved and you would have at some point had the money paid out.
But you chose not to wait and now suffering from gamblers remorse.

In the end nobody forced you to play back all your winnings, if you would have had a little bit of patience it would have been sorted and you probably would have received the full amount.

why was the amount that said as processed, processed?

as the last amount was processed right after my documents were considered verified and I made sure all the cash was withdrawn..


so if my documents was verified
my progressive win was legitament
all of the money was withdrawn
it being a progressive win and not bound buy the 5000 rule
and the whole amounts were processed in regard to payment of this win..

I ask why did I not receive all my winning as I complied completely with the terms and conditions and did meet them. it was the casino that was not going by its own terms and conditions !!

If I complied and did meet all terms and conditions to regard of my payout befor the 9th of oct and all that could be requested of me to cause me to receive my winnings has been accomplished. why did I not receive it ..


its as simple as that everything beyond that is irrelevenyt as the casino was breaking its own terms and conditions by putting any of that amount back into my account when I was not requested but forced.

If its good business to do this to its winners, then lets not pay me and lets all keep this our dirty little secret. because you know it gone on this long lets keep it going, that the casino reps don't see us players as winners but as marks, to be taken advantage of and given as least amount of help as possible without anyone being able to prove that's what were we were doing!! always having probable deniablity as a good friend .

the casino knows what it did and it probley wont be the last maybe they will bee al little more careful next time in regards to any mark.
